I just reset my iPhone 4s that was lost but I found it and it is says "This iPone is currently linked to an Apple ID. Sighn in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone" but i forgot all of my information and need help to get my phone back. I do not care if all my memory is erased.

I've tried holding down top button and round button which makes it go off but as soon as you push top button again it comes back and again its frozen.

Apple checked out my iPhone 5 and told me the Springboard app was corrupt, affecting battery life. They advised me to wipe the phone and set it up as new so new software would be installed. I did this, but couldn't sign in with my Apple i.d. I had to create a new one. This "fix" didn't improve battery life, and Apple replaced the phone. I set the new phone up using "restore from backup" and the battery life is terrible. I'd like to wipe it and install the software from scratch but don't want to have to have another new Apple i.d. How can I do this?

You password: You have set it! It might be your passcode or you mioght have set it accidentally, so test all of the passwords you normally use. If you cannot get the password you backup is lost, but you can still sync your iTunes content.

I do not remember it because when I bought the my iPhone 4s in 2011 I didn't understand how it works and asked a representative to set it up for me. The representative helped me and gave a piece of paper with login and password but I lost it a long time ago.
Before resetting the settings I turned off "Find my iPhone" function, but it anyway asks me to enter my old Apple ID and password. I have the original box, documents, receipt. So how can I solve this problem?

If you have tried all troubleshooting steps providing by Apple, call AppleCare or make an appointment an an Apple store if there is one nearby. You have no other option.

My problem is the opposite. My desktop apparently removes the mail from the mail servers before my iPad can read it.
One of my email accounts is a POP account. mail has a setting to leave the mail on the server, but I can't see that it makes any difference. The mail going to that account still doesn't make it to my iPad. I also have an IMAP account, but I don't see a similar setting.
I would like to be able to use my desktop as my main email platform, but I also want to see the latest using my iPad when I am traveling.

If the iTunes Store has replied to your request and told you that they cannot refund your money, then yes, I'm afraid you're out of luck as regards this purchase. To prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPhone. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. I am having same problem . i can not use the phone. my Carrier ROGERS checked the phone its not stolen or lost phone but after restoring always ask for apple ID of previous owner and seller is not responding to any mails or phone if some one can help me out than it will be great.

The iPhone is new, has never been used. When asked if I want to set it up as a new phone, restore from an iTunes backup, or my iCloud backup I selected iCloud. It then askes for me to sign in with my Apple ID, I then agree to the terms, then it asks for me to sign into my friends Apple ID. She and I have used each other's computers in the past so I assume this is where her information is coming from. The problem is she no longer had that email or Apple ID and has no way of gaining access to it and therefor I am unable to proceed.
I suppose my question is, how can I remove her information from mine so I can setup my new phone using iCloud. Also, I have already checked my Apple ID online and nowhere on my account is her information listed.

For the future, note that in many cases a developer makes the basic app available for free as a "trial version" but then charges as an in-app purchase for various features and upgrades. If AT&T e-mail says it is unlocked, then believe it is so. Insert non-AT&T SIM inside and after backing up restore in iTunes again. Unlock gets attached.

Hmmm, no, no drivers needed, now it sounds like a bad install... unless you might have some old Mouse software installed???

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

You will have to talk with Apple to see if you get all components or just the iPhone replaced.

You can download and install on your system from Adobe's website. Have you already opened the box you have received? If not, you can return it for an exchange. In the meantime you can download the trial version from this link:
