I recently restore my iPad,I lost my apps and some of my pictures. Can I reverse it to have my staf back?

Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and right-click the iPad 'device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and select 'Restore From Backup' from the pop-up : backups and restoring.
You will need to restore the complete backup to the iPad, you can't just restore photos.
