I recently restored my iPhone and lost all of my pictures. Is there anyway to get them back? there's no recent backups with the pictures. WOuld it have stored them anywhere?

What pics?
Photo album pics should still be on your computer, as that's where they came from in the first place.
Camera Roll pics (taken with iphone) should be imported to you computer on a regular basis (particularly before a restore) so they should be on your computer as well.
If you have failed to do this, you should be able to restore from back up, as camera roll photos are part of the automatic itunes backup:
