I recently updated Firefox, and since then whenever I try to open Firefox I get a Mozilla Crash Report, and Firefox never opens. I have uninstalled/re-installed, and no luck.

Use a clean uninstall tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove the program. After the program is removed go into your programs folder and delete the Mozilla software folder. The last step is to open up regedit, find HKEY...SOFTWARE tab and delete the Mozilla string. After you've done all of those things reinstall Firefox and you should be good to go.

I cannot open the browser at all everytime I try and open it it comes up with crash reporter and then the browser doesn't open at all. I cannot open it in safe mode either as when I try and press shift while opening it it doesn't even come up with an option to open it in safe mode. Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works on it.

Open your QuickTime control panel (either via the Control panels, or by going "Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences" in the Quicktime Player). In the Advanced tab, uncheck Enable Direct3D video acceleration:

Firefox won't open I get a "Mozilla crash reporter" message instead.

I bought a new computer and downloaded Firefox. I had brought my settings over with Easy Transfer and everything worked a few times. Now when I try to open FF it immediately shuts down and gives me an crash reporter message. It doesn't actually open up it just goes directly to the crash reporter message. I've done that a few times. I uninstalled the program and then did a new download a few times and it's still happening. Please help. If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). 
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. 
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, just like you open a website.

Recently changed my apple ID. On my 3G iPhone 4 iCloud has since then been letting me know that my user name or password is incorrect. I can edit the password in iCloud account information but user name is grayed out and can't be changed to my new apple ID. Haven't been be able to fix this by going into my Apple ID account or synching the iPhone.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

Why do I keep getting the mozilla crash report every time I try to open firefox. It won't open. One day my computer just shut down by itself and when I tried to reopen mozilla it wouldn't and I got this crash report.

I installed an update and since then, when I try to connect to a website I get a black screen telling me to wait for 40 seconds and then to 'skip ad'.

Weird! It suddenly seems to have corrected itself. I will get back if it happens again.

Thank you for responding. I'm not sure if my complete original message came through. It was just today that an automatic update notice came through, and I installed the update that was offered. So I have to guess that version — 10.1.10 — is the latest version that's available to me. My OS is 10.6.8. Again (in case the complete message isn't appearing), I'm on an older Mac, specifically MacBook 2.1. Perhaps this is the problem, and I never should have updated a few years ago. If so, I wonder if there's any way I can go back to that earlier version that worked well for me, rather than the last few versions, which have not.

I have tried rebooting, signing in and signing out, installing Java and even testing the Java to make sure it's running properly (and it is), and nothing is working.

Did you reinstall CS3 after CC?
For that matter, doing an in-place upgrade on the OS is always a gamble with Adobe programs. Reinstalling all the versions you need, in order, would probably solve your problem.
And you shouldn't need to save as IDML after opening the .inx in CC.

Before you bring it in to the store, you could rule out software by placing the phone in DFU mode and restoring the OS. In the absence of hardware issues, the DFU restore will solve the issue of the phone being stuck on the Apple logo. It will also remove al data from the phone so hopefully you have a recent backup.
To put your iPhone/iPod into DFU mode:
1. Make sure the iPhone/iPod is connected to the computer
2. Hold down the sleep/wake button and home button at the same time for 8 seconds
3. Let go of the sleep/wake button and keep holding down the home button
4. If you are successful, a dialog box will pop up in iTunes stating that iTunes has detected an iPod/iPhone in recovery mode. Note that a successful DFU will result in a blank black screen on your iPhone/iPod.
5. Click OK, then click the restore button in iTunes.
Hopefully after that you will be able to resync your data and be good to go.

MSN's latest update is crashing Firefox many times per day. When I try to send the crash report to Firefox, it says it has trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting that can help?

Firefox is crashing every time I have my MSN email account up. (Since I use it for business, that's many times per day.) It seems to coincide with hotmail's latest update where the email is checked and downloaded to the inbox automatically. Then when it asks me if I want to send the crash report to Firefox, I select yes and it tells me it had trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting I can change? I can't seem to keep my email account up for more than 10 minutes.
p.s if you're reading this Microsoft, it's still not bad enough to make me to go back to Internet Explorer!

When I try to do the updates my computer says it has ready it goes through like it is downloading them then at the end it says some of the files could not be saved to "/" files.
After your restart your Mac, click the Apple  menu (top left in your screen) then click: Software Update ...
