I recently updated my iPod to version 5.0 but it's slower than usual and it won't sync anything. how do I solve this problem?
when ever I try to sync music the sync button doesn't work. This just started happening since I updated to version 5.0. I tried restoring it but that didn't work. It still won't sync anything. what do I do?

Haw are you trying to sync? Manual or automatically?
Are you checking the music you want synced?
Do you see anything in the progress bar whn you try to sync?

I've had itunes on my computer previously, but when I tried to update it, I was forced to uninstall it, then tried to reinstall and it keeps giving me this error:

The recent software update on my HTC One has caused errors with Exchange ActiveSync issues. Calendar, mail and tasks sync fine but contacts won't sync. How do you correct this?
I had the same problem. Here is what worked for me. Open the mail app and delete your exchange account (Settings > Delete Account). Then re-add your Exchange account. After this my Exchange contacts showed up again.

Can your iPad be upgraded to iOS 7? If so, what are you doing that isn't working?

If you do not have a Software Update option present on your iDevice, then you are trying to upgrade to iOS 5 or higher. I updated to OS X Mavericks and now trying to run Logic Pro X on a MacBook Pro mid-2009, using an M-Audio Axiom 49 and an M-Audio Fast Track Pro... Logic keeps telling me that Mac OS X MIDI Services are not available... How do I solve this problem?
I just checked to see if the update to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 solved any of the issues outlined in my previous post, and to my dismay, nothing has changed -- all of the previous problems persist.
My iMac (8) -- it's renamed itself eight times since the recent troubleshoot with the Apple tech rep -- shows up as a shared device in Finder on my MacBook Pro, but when I click on it, I cannot establish a connection using "Connect As". So I've attempted to connect using the menu "Go/Connect to Server...", using both (alternately) the iMac's name and IP address, to no avail. I get a message which reads: "There was a problem connecting to the server 'Peter's iMac (8)'. This server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again."
Here's what I know:
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) does exist;
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) is available at this time;
The server name -- Peter's iMac (8) -- is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The server IP address is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The network connection is active when I attempt to connect.
I'm convinced the problems stem directly from the OS X Yosemite update. None of this was ever remotely an issue in the previous OS X's -- any of them. This is maddening! What can be done? Apple?? Anyone??? -
My MacKeeper says iPhoto is out of date. When I try to update it, the App Store says I need IOS 10.9 or later. I have 10.7.5 and when I check for updates my Mac says the OS software is up to date. How do I solve this problem??

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
