Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair".

My favorite browser Safari (5.1.5 ) has stopped working. Yes I know is on a PC. But is been very good to me for a long time, untill about two months ago. I keep getting a pop up message saying "Safari has stopped working" I will close the pop up message and continue working but within a few minute, the message will pop up again. The browser opens up fast as always and runs fine but the message is a pain and annoying. I'm running Firefox now , but I want my Safari back . Please help.

I generated the problem report similar to the above screen shot " by way of IE 9 " but will not let me copy and paste the contents as a screen shot in reply to your post here . Copy to clipboard did not work either. I might be doing something wrong. Oh well.
By the way , the only difference is- The Problem Event Name of mine is not BEX. but rather : APPCRASH. Fault Module Name : JavaScriptCore.dll. Fault Module Version: 7534.55.2.1. When accessing iTunes Store from iTunes, which has worked well for several years, it stops half-way through progress bar and then I get the "iTunes has Stopped working...Windows is checking..."..then " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you..."
Probably not a related problem, but also, when synching with an iPhone that I recently reset, copying just 188 tracks in selected playlists to transfer to the iPhone, the copying stops and hangs after just a few tracks, so this is unsuccessful too.
Another iPhone worked a synch but fewer tracks to download!

For any one else - this was Windows Vista on a Dell inspiron, went to Start menu-> Settings-> Control Panel-> Device Manager -> Display Adaptors -> right click on ATI Radeon (in my case) and then "Update driver software" and let windows search the web -

Have tried install and fix, have tried uninstalling itunes and all apple software and reinstalling but no help.
Anyone got any ideas?How many cds have you ripped since replacing the drive? I think you have just been lucky.
I mostly use an external cd drive. I still have the problem with both internal and external drives.
Remember this problem is random. I have tried 3 cds in a row and had no trouble, then on the 4th the issue is back.
I don't believe this issue will completely go away until Apple prvides a fix with an iTunes update. -

I have a program called commission killer that I have downloaded and I can't open it because it says compileBot has stopped working. It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. I want to be able to use this program and yet I don't know what to do to correct this. Everytime I try and load Itunes it says it has stopped working and when I click on the message it closes the whole program down. I have tried the trouble shoot compatability but it just says incompatible application detected. I am not very tecnical but have tried to uninstall the programs and re install them but with no luck. This problem started after I added a new album but I have now removed it from the computer. Help!
Let's try something relatively simple. Download and save a copy of the installer to your hard drive (don't run the install on line and don't start the install just yet):
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Now right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) that you downloaded and select "Run as administrator".
Does that go through any better for you? -
everytime i try installing big app like FIFA and DEAD SPACE it get half way through installing then a window pops u saying cannot download this app at this time can anyone help?
I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Hi..I recently bought an IPAD and I absolutely love it. I have been Skyping w/my family during this deployment for the past two weeks until yesterday. The camera on my side just stopped working. I am able to see my family. Any help.
Try closing the Camera/Skype app:
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. Hold down the Camera/Skype app for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Tap area above Task Bar to return to Home screen
If the above doesn't solve the problem, do a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider -

Any suggestions?I had this exact same problem. I found this fix and it worked for me.
Step 1:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll.
Step 2:
Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.
Hope this helps you. I wish I could remember where I saw this originally so I could thank them.

Does iTunes not see the phone?
If not, make sure you're running the current version of iTunes.

As for iPhoto, you will have to purchase a newer version. It's not a free upgrade. Or, you can use Image Capture, which is built into OS X, to import the photos. -
Firefox update on Nov 6th at 6:32pm to 33.0.3 (20141105223254) and since I've been getting a Micro Soft Windows system message saying "SystemK Module has stopped working". It appears to be generated from Firefox. I am running a HP Pavilion DV6748US with Windows Vista that is current on pushes from Micro Soft. I also run a current and updated version of Norton antivirus. Please provide direction to fix this error and if it is not affiliated with Firefox please indicate so. Thank you.
Hi dtenholder, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the new update. I believe a while back I had a similar problem. At the time I didn't know what to do.
So just to make sure we are on the same page, when you click on Firefox you computer then has a popup box saying "SystemK Module has stopped working". If so I know how to fix this.
What you are going to need to do is remove Firefox from your computer. First you are going to want to uninstall Firefox. Next you are going to want to delete the Firefox installation folder (located in one of these folders by default):
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
After that download and instal a new copy of Firefox. Some good news is that a clean install will not delete your bookmarks, saved passwords, add-ons or other personal information. If you need any new information you can [http://mzl.la/1qP0CYM click here] .

Skype has stopped working - message on windows 8.1 desktop version
This error message comes out everytime I start the desktop version...
The app from windows store though works , but I do not enjoy using it at all... the desktop client was always far better.
The problem rose when I upgraded my windows 8 to 8.1 , and since then the desktop client is always forced to close with a message that it has stopped working.
I did a few things that I found reading through posts where people were looking for help with their skype issues:
uprgraded my graphics card
disabled my integrated webcamera
uninstalled java
installed older skype versionstried to rename the roaming skype directory to old_skype
disabled automatic updates but... once again i'm helpless, and it seems that none of those solutions I found is at least a bit helpful for me...
I'm pretty much desperate ( I apologize if I did write my post into the wrong place)
