You see a closed lens or black screen
If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:
Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping the camera swap icon . If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.

Ok, so I synched my iphone 4 to my computer recently and now when I go to play music on my phone, only the songs I've bought on Itunes play. I put all of my music collection that is in CD form on my computer and it used to play on my phone too, but now it just skips those songs. They still play on my computer though. I've been trying to figure out what the problem is for over three days or so and am about to loose my friggin mind! Can anyone help me?
De-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music.

I was recently updating my phone to the newest software after ios7. It froze for quite a while so I tried holding down the home button and the power button and it shut off. Now it says I have to restore my whole phone but an Error keeps occurring? It brings me to a website saying the steps to possibly fix it but I don't find them helpful

Hi I just upgraded software through iTunes then unplugged iPhone now it is stuck on the connect to intunes screen, it won't turn off and iTunes and my computer won't recognize my phone? Please help
My phone is doing the same thing. My computer acknowledges that I have connected my iPhone 4, however, iTunes will no longer connect or sync to my iPhone 4. I have uninstalled iTunes, Bonjour and all Apple products from my pc. I have re-installed them back on. I have reset my phone. I have emptied my temp folder. I have done everything. If my iPhone cannot update and sync with iTunes then I may as well get another phone from somewhere else. I am disappointed that I cannot resolve this issue.

my iPhone 4s keeps showing more space being used for photos than i have -
i have deleted cache folders, unselect and reselect in iTunes I read one post
where they said keep syncing and in a couple days it would correct itself, that
hasnt happened. I have see others have the same issue but no solution and nothing
appears to work my iPhone still shows 6.5 gig use of photos when i only have the camera roll listedi thought the photo stream only holds 1000 i usuaaly take each month and save them to iphoto but if thats the my ipad should say the same amount and it doesnt - it shows 2.5 gig which is correct for iphoto. and i havent ever had that much but if for some reason icloud has that much saved how do i delete and again if it does why doesnt ipad show that amount _ HELP!

I downloaded the lateest update and I can't turn off my apps like I did on 6os. The 7os is different and I can't seem to find out if apps turn off now by just closing them. Can anyone explain this to me? Please

I updated my email address on my itunes account, I verified the email I received. Now when I try to sign on, i get a notice that I need to verify my email address, i click the link and it says email address already verified. I cant access my itunes account because it keeps saying my email isn't verified. UGH!
Hi ipad also keeps asking for the password to my apple account id, but when in itunes on the ipad it says his email account.
he cannot update anything without it asking for my password to my account.

ive changed my email on itunes and apple and att but my app store still shows my old id so it doesnt recognize me to add new apps...any clues how to get it changed on the phone
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account. You may have already done this.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -
I deleted a contact out of my iPhone 4S but when I go to send a message the contact appears although that individual is no longer in my address book. I deleted all text and call history pertaining to the deleted contact but still shows up. Does anyone have the same issue and how do I fix it?

That's because app content is stored in the iPhone backup, not the app. What you should have done, is first restore from backup, then sync your iTunes content...the app in question...back to your phone. That would have restored the app data. However, if you've synced, since restoring the app to your phone, the app data is gone.

My ipod screen does not light, you can see the icons, connects to itunes but it does not even light up the brightness of the screen. I made him the restoration of production and did not work.

RegardsIf you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:

Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do. -
my iPhone 4 is no longer chargeable. Whenever I connect it to the charge, the charging icon appears on screen but even if I leave it for a night on charge the charge icon will remain on the screen but there will be zero percent of battery. I tried five different charges and plugs [ one in the apple store], same result. Any suggestions please?

Can't open my pictures, but can see thumbnail
