The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

i have tried several times unsuccessfully to report a download failure {app}. the amount was deducted from my account, and i have received an email confirmation.
Keith I've had very good luck with iTunes billing support. Never had a failed app download, jujst a failed HD movie download....but they were good about issuing a refund.

When I click on my email confirmation the Adobe site does not recognize.

I have the same problem but it appears that an add-on I'm using is causing the problem. Try opening Firefox in safe mode (which disables add-ons) Then try it. If that solves the problem, you need to disable all your add ons and enable them one by one to figure out which one(s) is causing the problem.

Did anyone else purchase a new 4S iPhone and still not receive an email confirmation?
I purchased one over the phone and was told that I'd have to accept the Terms of Service via email. I still never received that email!
I would give an apple customer service rep a call ASAP and see whats up. And...if you're not satisfied with what the first one tells you, I'd call and talk to another.

We are new to iTunes U and all of our teaching staff are generating courses for our school.
We have successfully published one course publicly.
One of our teachers submitted a course on 24 January. I, as site manager/amdinistrator have not yet received an email requesting that the course be published. We've double checked everything and there are no errors that we can find at our end.
Does anyone have any clues on how we can rectify this? The submit course option has now disappeared so she cannot resubmit.

Sorry for the delay replying...while your post is a bit old now, it still deserves a response.
First -- these forums are not a formal channel for support from RIM. Rather, they are user-to-user support forums where users help other users. As such, it is unlikely that RIM will see and respond to your inquiry.
What I suggest is that you have your affected users exercise their formal support channel -- which is available via their carrier. The carriers have the ability to escalate cases into RIM for resolution.

I tried to reset my Sync password. When I filled out the form, I got the message "We have emailed a reset code to the email address we have on file for you. Please use it within the next 6 hours, or it will become invalid.", but i didn't recieve any message on my mail

How do I get the codeThe purchase history on your iTunes account will only show purchases from the iTunes stores (iTunes, app store, ibookstore, Mac app store), not from Apple online or bricks-and-mortar stores.
Does anything show on your credit card ? If the email is genuine then it's possible that your and their email addresses are similar and that they gave the wrong id (or the store typed it incorrectly), it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody has access to your account.
For the contact, you will initially just receive an acknowledgement email, the proper reply may take 24 (possibly 48) hours. -

If you can't remember and you can't get an email (are you sure where this email is going and do you have access to the account) and don't remember your secret question answers you need help.
