I recieved a fraudulant email saying I bought an app ( TomTom) and trying to get me to log in and send all my details credit card etc to cancel the payment who do I report this to

This is just a user - to - user support forum so no one can help you with payments.
The Apple Store accepts different forms of payments in different countries. If you do not have the option to pay with a debit card then you must choose another form of payment.
Try calling Apple at the phone number that appears in your Apple Online Store. -

You need to add a valid payment method to your account. Purchasing and redeeming an iTunes gift card will work

Because someone's trying to mislead you into giving them your iTunes Store login information. Forward all such emails to [email protected] and then delete them.
If there's an actual problem with your iTunes Store account, you'll be told at the time you try to purchase or download something.

So i bought music on a different computer but oAn the same itunes account and on the same ipod and when i get on my original computer and i sync my ipod my purchases that were on the other computer didnt show up. How can i put them on my computer/ipod
Download them to the computer to which the iPod is synced, re-sync.

Originally this APP software free game, only peace of mind to let children play, but a recent credit card reconciliation only to find the charges and found that the game content is not completely free, content or Payplay games, children do not understand the meaning, pressed by mistake to the game fee of options found APP software fees has been removed, the 3 pen order really is not a small amount, a small fortune in Taiwanthe burden, the normal person would not spend such fees to play mobile games, kids really are unintentional, Sorry! hope you can help me claim to cancel the game cost very grateful!

To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your phone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -

Well, turbo.264 is indeed very nice to have - even for converting full-sized movies. All H.264 files (assuming they are H.264 level 4.1 or lower) are compatible with the built-in Videos app.

It entirely depends on your needs. The top players (AVPlayerHD / ProPlayer, It's Playing, GoodPlayer) all have different strengths and weaknesses. i did some thing wrong that makes my mac just showing a black screen and amessage says you need to restart your mac .... etc and i wanted to talk to any one from apple and i couldnt get my mac serial number and i could do nothing i turned to some one who formatted the hard desk and i tried to talk to any one from apple but it seems no one care i spent 4 years to be able to buy this mac and i dont know what to do > i will never buy mac again please some one tell me what to do dvd is not working i press on options and nothing happen what showld i do ? through it ? some body tell me what to do or where to go
Just to make certain, you inserted the original installation disk and started the MBP holding down the C key? Did the Optical drive reject the disk or did it just spin? If the former, the lens in the drive may be dirty and needs to be cleaned. If the latter, you will have to take it to an Apple repair facility.

Can you, however, give me any "direct number" through which I can get hold of someone and request for what you're suggesting?
I believe I had talked with the person by the name of "Charlie" (I think... I hope I'm correct...) when I was having the same problem with the last device. He was very kind and helpful, though I ended up getting the device that brought the same problem.
Charlie told me that if I had any more problems I should call him. But I forgot to take down his direct number.
Or maybe I should call the main office and ask for him. But my memory is questionable as to his name, and besides I don't even know his last name either. There could be more than one "Charlies" in Palm.
So, if you could somehow email me some direct number (other than the one that keeps on hooking me up with those people in the overseas who are answering the phone only to sympathize with & apologize to me but can only issue a false hope with the SRO#. More than once I was given the promise that the supervisor would call me back within an hour or two but I ended up calling back after I had been left hanging in the air all night long.) where I can talk to someone like I did with Charlie last time who can truly carry out the promise, I would truly appreciate it, patkosanke. ^^

When I am trying to download an app, my friend's APPLE ID is popping up by default as he had used it first after purchase of the instrument. How to change this default ID to my ID?
All purchases are forever tied to the Apple ID that originally bought them and will require it to update in the case of Apps.
If you don't want to be using your friends Apple ID, I suggest the following:
Settings->General->Reset->Erase All Content and Settings.
Then set up the iPad with your Apple ID as new.
Alternatively you can just go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID->Sign Out, and then Sign in with your own.
But again Apps will still request your friend's Apple ID to update every time. -

iTunes will not use the redeemed gift cards on my account, I have a $30 credit and when I try to purchase a song it goes right to my credit card on file. Why does this keep happening???
