Just called in Apple Care for the same issue. All you need to do is go to the itunes file scroll down to the bottom where you will see the cammand Transfer purchases from " insert your name"iphone. It will automaticly download your purcases to itunes and place it under Purchases,it will also place the movies and shows in the apropriate folders in itunes. In addition there will also be an additional folder under Store in itunes that will list the purchases under the device it was puchased under for example Purchased on Pinkiesipone

Add the corrected ones to your PS - PS contains only what was added to it - changes made are not applied to the PS - you have to re add the updated photos

I figured it out. You have to have location services turned on specifically for the native weather app. My husband already did and that's why his was working. In the previous ios, I chose to disable location services to save battery and had the widget set to show weather for my home city regardless of where I was. Now that doesn't appear to be an option. Hopefully it won't drain my battery too much.

Regarding text messaging, if I send a message from my iPhone, the reply goes to my ipad, or mini ipad. How can I stop this from happening?
Go to Settings/ Messaging/ Send & Receive on each device to set the contact points to be reached at, and to set the "from" address when you start a new message. It sounds like your iPhone might be sending messages out as one thing (e.g. an iCloud address) but set to not receive replies only to your phone number. Make sure you review settings on each device since you may, or may not, want to have them common.

If you put information into one calendar and it synced to the other phone, then it sounds as if you are using iCloud, not Outlook. You need to check that. When I asked about the type of calendar, I was asking if this was your own Outlook, or were you using a work Exchange calendar. If you don't know the difference, I would say it is probably personal. If you look at calendars in the bottom center, are there more than one calendar listed? Do you see an ICloud calendar? Do you see an Outlook calendar?

When i send an emoji to an iphone user, they will receive it with no problem. When they try to send me an emoji, the message is either blank or has symbols. How can i fix this?
It is a sprint issue and other carriers have that same problem. I get multiple copies of texts from other carriers all the time to my iphone. It isn't the iphone, it is the carrier sending the text message several times because they haven't received and ack message from the recepient.

Please help... when I am on a call and a second call comes in my iPhone does not beep or make any noise for that matter to notify me of the second call. Why is this happening but most important what can I do to fix this? I have missed several important calls because I have no clue the call is coming in.
Make sure that call waiting is turned on and check with your carrier to ensure that is activated on your account.

I have deleted all photos from my iphone and the usage is still showing 6.6GB used. I have connected via my computer and no pictures are shown. I have also gone into all my photo apps and no photos are saved. How do I resolved this?
If you deleted photos from the Camra Roll of the photos app they are not deleted immediately. Instead they are moved to the Recently Deleted album where they will remain for 30 days. This feature was added because so many people deleted photos then wanted then back.
To completely delete those photos quickly go to the Recently Deleted album and delete them from there. -
Realplayer video downloader works in IE but not Firefox how can I fix this?
My Realplayer video download function does not work in Firefox although it did several upgrades ago. It works fine in IE but the blue "record this video" does not appear in Firefox. I've searched all over the web for the "fixes" but none of them seem to work.

I am facing difficulty sync my iPhone 5 to my macbook pro; It is not responding. How can I fix this?
My Iphone 5 and my IPad suddenly started facing problem syncung with the Mac book Pro; I think this is after the last update. I used to get the update over the cloud, meaning of I purchase on my ipad, I will find it over my iphone. That has stopped. That is not even my concern now. My concern is, when I attach the cable from my labtop to my computer, it sis acting up. Could it be a faulty cable? i tunes is not registering, and the entire program spins, without end.

Are you using the same Apple ID and password that has been used to set up the phone for the very first time?

My iPhone 5 (ios 7.0.4) has a horrible battery. How can I fix this?
For a few months now, my phone keeps dying at 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and today at 70 percent. I don't know why it's been doing this (at first I thought it was from the cold, but it's almost May now and I don't live in a very cold climate). There's been times when it'll die and I'll be able to turn it back on without charging it (and without it being at 0%), but it doesn't allow me to everytime. Also as soon as I plug it in to charge, it'll turn on almost instantly at whatever percent it died at. I don't have app background refresh on, my brightness is at its lowest setting, bluetooth is off, etc. I just don't know what's causing this and the nearest Apple store from me is hours away. Is there any way to fix this?
Update to iOS 7.1.1. Then bring it to an Apple Store if it isn't fixed.
