I redeem my accound $15 via Gift Card,shows on my ID BUT when I purchase request for my pastword and shows its not there,what's going on?
I just purchase a gift card for my iTunes account. Follow the instruction and place the code to redeem my account. On iTUnes Store Home it shows $15.00 has been credited to my account but when I got to purchase its not there and request for my credit card infomation. Yet when I check the account infomation its in my name but the $15.00 gift card isn't present in my account. What happen to my money?

If it's a charge though your iTunes Store account, it should be reflected in your Purchase History:

If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly or your credit card number has been stolen and used by someone else in another iTunes Store account rather than an unauthorized purchase through your account. In either case it will be up to your bank to handle.

You need to use the AppleID & Password you used to set up the iPhone. -

I had redeemed 2 $50.00 iTunes gift cards a few months ago. The last time that I checked my iTunes balance, it was $100.00. I logged in to iTunes yesterday and the $100.00 balance isn't showing up. Why would it be missing? Would that happen if I changed my apple ID and password recently? Or would that happen if I de-authorized 2 devices? Would that happen if I deleted my music from my iPhone? Could someone hack into my iTunes account and take my money? Or maybe Apple charged me for something and debited my iTunes account? Check your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If nothing shows then try logging out and back into your account on the computer/device that you are using.
Neither updating your account id and/or password, nor deauthorising your account, nor deleting content from a device or computer's iTunes library will affect your balance -

either you didn't read my post, or you jumped to conclusions.
I had a skype account that was created using a microsoft account (NOT THE ACCOUNT I AM USING NOW). PURE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT NO OTHER ACCOUNT LINKING.
I had to change the primary mail of that account.
I was told "no can do" by skype support.
I found that if I went to account settings and clicked on the link on the line below the one that said "MICROSOFT etc" (labeled something along the lines of "TV or Device") I got the opportunity to set the password of the "live:username" account (WHICH YOU COINCIDENTALLY HAVE TO DO IF YOU WANT TO USE SMART TVs ETC).
Once that was done, I COULD SUCCESSFULLY DO WHAT SKYPE SUPPORT SAID WAS IMPOSSIBLE- I could change the primary mail address.
once that was done, and NOT BEFORE, I linked the account to a facebook account as well, just to be sure I have more than one way to access the skype account.
What caused you to get the impression that I was writing something else?

and I need to point out that you are incorrect. I WAS NOT OPERATING ON DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS I WAS OPERATING ON ONE SKYPE ACCOUNT, THAT WAS CREATED USING A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT just like you say you recommend. I still don't know how you can misread my initial entry like that.
If you have a better solution to my initial problem - changing the primary mail of a skype account created throuth either a microsoft account or a facebook account, Please write a sticky to explain how to do it, and please inform skype support that Yes it can be done, and this is the way it is done. So far my "lucky shot" seems to be the only way to do it. -
I bought my daughter an i-pod when she was around 7 or 8. At Christmas time when people asked me what she wanted I said an itunes gift card! Lots of people bought her one and so to keep them safe I put some in a safe place for when she was older... and lost them. She's now thirteen and is very eager to have some more money on her acount as right now she has 73p. I finally have found the gift cards but when she scratched the foil off the code came too, not to mention that they're out of date, something I didn't realise happened to itunes cards. My daughter is angry as we have at least £70 of unused credit, that other people have spent for her. Is there anything we can do to get the money, as it upsets me to think that itunes would take the money without leting us use it?

I bought my Apple iTunes & Apple AppStore Card's at Best Buy, but when I try to use them I get this error: The Gift Certificate or Prepaid Card code you entered has not Ben properly activated. What did I do wrong or did Best Buy not scan it right! Real Geniuses in that store!

If you mean you cannot read the code on the back of the card take it back to the store you purchased it from. If the numbers are not visable because you scratched them out I don't know if the store will replace or refund that. If you can read some of the numbers you could just keep trying a combination of letters and numbers to replace the missing ones. This will take a while depending on how many inputs are missing. You will have to use 0 through 9 and I am guessing A through Z. -

When I try to purchase a gift card I get the message unable to complete purchase now try again later. This has been going on for a week and half. I've called support they say everything is fine, but when I try again same message comes up. How can I get this fix?

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old
