I recently redeemed an itunes gc on my Ipad and it is not showing up and my cc is continues to be charged for purchases. It will not let me redeem again. Any ideas?

It's been a while but it should work on a Mac because Macs can read Windows formatted devices. Otherwise, you can perform a restore operation to return it to the Mac format. If you go to support.apple.com/manuals/ you can find a copy of the user manual for the model you have in which this is all explained.

You need to set up an Apple ID for use with the iTunes Store before you can redeem anything in the iTunes Store. You don’t need to enter credit card information to redeem only the amount of a gift certificate or card.

Are you able to take the card back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? Unfortunately, you can't delete an account.
Have you already redeemed the gift card using that account? If so, the account balance cannot be transferred.

I redeemed a gift card on to my daughters Itunes account however everything she downloaded came off my credit card. I have now marked this as NONE expecting this resolve the situation, however now when she tries to buy music or apps it won't let her.
