I regularly use a forum and after a FF update I now cannot post responses
I use internet forums but I now finding my capabilities to respond greatly reduced. The forum itself is a standard build with each reply box having a "Quote" and "Reply" button to respond with. (With an additional add reply at the end of the thread). All of these bring up the window as normal but I cannot type into the text box.
I've asked for help from the forum, who suggested deleting cookies so I used the delete option (Short cut= Ctrl+Shift+Delete) and updated all the plugins. Still the same
You didn't have enough battery power left when performing the update, and it died? That's bad.
You should be able to reinstall OS X using OS X Recovery or in the case of an older MacBook Air running Snow Leopard, by using your original System Install DVD and Remote Install OS X from another Mac.
Reinstalling OS X does not erase your user accounts or data.

Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. This issue is out there and some get solutions - but not all - that's my crowd...the not all crowd. I have yet to be able to print from CS6 any more. This is a show stopper and my patience is wearing thin. And I'm tired of stupid questions like "is your printer powered on?" give me a break. This appears to be an adobe photoshop cs6 problem - as I can print from every other application. Anyone have any ideas? Adobe should have something?... Adobe system info below:

I am using iphone 3gs and have accidentally clicked "update" to software version 5. However, after I failed and all my data was lost. I manage to restore back to my previous situation. But all my apps has been gone. How can I get back all my aps? I know I can get it by itunes but there are a few problems as below:
1. I have jailed break my iphone and I never purchased any apps from itunes
2. I have some important infomation saved in one of the apps called "awesome notes". How can I get it back? Is it store inside my computer? if so, how can i restore?
3. I am using window 7

Is this happening with one particular network or with all? Make sure iOS is updated on the device.
Try this:
Reboot ipad by pressing and holding both the home and sleep/wake buttons at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go. Then try to connect to network.
Go to settings, Toggle airplane mode on/off. Make sure bluetooth is off. Turn on wif (airplane mode off). Try to connect.
Reset Network Settings
Go to settings/general/reset/reset network settings. Then try to connect to network.
If its your home router, then reboot router by unplugging for 5-10min. (do this while you're resetting network settings).
If problem persists, then check for firmware updates on your router.(you check router manufacturer support website for downloads and instructions). -

Regarding Facetime on my Ipad. I get started on a call and after 10 or 15 minutes I cannot hear whom I am talking to. They can still hear me and I still have picture on the screen but my sound stops working.

I Cash angled the Apple ID and password on my IPad but now cannot download any apps because it wants my old ID and password. It does not recognise the change of ID.
Have you tapped on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app - when you do that you should get a popup with options for 'View Apple ID',' Sign Out', 'iForgot' and 'Cancel'. Tap on the 'Sign Out' option and log out and then log back in

Want to use Premier Pro and After Effects but don't want to buy CC
I have CS6 Design/Web Premium standalone edition and want to add Adobe CS6 Premier Pro and CS6 After Effects Standalone to the group.
I've downloaded the trial versions of Premier pro and After Effects to get me past this recent job issue, but I may need to purchase it after the trial runs out.
If the job I've got pending does not pan out I'll go back to using Final Cut X and Motion.
But if it does pan put I'll want to buy the standalone versions as I'm not into Hacking and Kracks.
I do not like the idea or want to "upgrade" to CC so please no suggestions about this.
Any clues. For some reason I'm not able to ask Adobe directly as they do not appear to supply and email address to be contacted, and I'm now on this forum sharing my questions to the community.

Dear I have recently updated the free software version of OS Mavericks and after installing it my menu bar has become less responsive. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this test is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The "Guest User" login created by "Find My Mac" is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing. -
Iphone 4 cannot use cellular data anymore after 4.2 update
I have an iPhone 4 and I have recently updated it to the latest o.s. after updating I can no longer use the internet without wifi and I cannot send/recieve picture messages (have tried to send and recieve with multiple carriers) and my phone sometimes does not recieve calls or regular txt messages. Please help.
It's weird, I'm having the same problem. Once I deactivate WiFi my iPhone 4 doesn't get 3G anymore, I have to reboot in order to get data back.
This is also after updating to 4.2. -

there is a base table, which has a companion history table
- lets say USER_DATA & USER_DATA_HIST.
For each update on USER_DATA there has to be recorded the old condition of the USER_DATA record into the USER_DATA_HIST (insert new record)
- to have the history of changes to USER_DATA.
The first approach was to do the insert for the row trigger:
trigger user_data_tr_aiu after insert or update on user_data for each rowBut the performance was bad, because for a bulk update to USER_DATA, there have been individual inserts per records.
So i tried a trick:
Instead of doing the real insert into USER_DATA_HIST, i collect the USER_DATA_HIST data into a pl/sql collection first.
And later i do a bulk insert for the collection in the USER_DATA_HIST table with stmt trigger:
trigger user_data_tr_ra after insert or update on user_dataBut sometimes i recognize, that the list of entries saved in the pl/sql collection are more than my USER_DATA records being updated.
(BTW, for the update i use SQL merge, because it's driven by another table.)
As there is a uniq tracking_id in USER_DATA record, i could identify, that there are duplicates.
If i sort for the tracking_id and remove duplicate i get exactly the #no of records updated by the SQL merge.
So how comes, that there are duplicates?
I can try to make a sample 'sqlplus' program, but it will take some time.
But maybe somebody knows already about some issues here(?!)

Probs using ListMessenger mailinglist-prog. after Safari 4 update

The html editor in my Listmessenger mailinglist program suffers after I've updated to Safari 4. I run the latest version of the software and it must be Safari 4 which makes the trouble.
_Bug re-creation:_
- Open Listmessenger
- Go to "compose" and scroll down to the html-editor
- Try to insert a picture or a url-link
This will result in a window popping up which you cannot make active, you can't write in it or close it. The only thing to do is to press "back" to get out of there. What does Safari 4 do wrong?Safari is a beta release. Report the bug Safari>Report bugs to Apple. You would be better off uninstalling Safari 4 by using the uninstaller that came with the dmg. If you can't find it, download Safari 4 beta again. Your browser will then revert to the previous version of safari.

Before and After insert or update rowcount

I have several extract objects procs which are calling various build objects procs which in turn are inserting or updating the tables...now when i run these objects sometimes i get no errors and everything seems to be running perfectly but the tables do not get updated ? now what i am trying to achieve here is get some kind of summary where i can see the before and after rowcount..for that i have created a table of every extract object proc and another table with the coressponding tables being updated by tht proc...can anyone pls tell me how should i look into these procs and how do i get the rowcount for a particular table before and after the procedure was run ?

On which version of RDBMS are you working , because if you're on 10g then just enable auditing or even FGA on the tables were you want to see the changes,
Then query the DBA-AUDIT (not sure of the name anymore) view.
If not then create a audit package yourself.
