If you go into Tools > Add-ons > Extensions, can you see the extension you want listed? They may be incompatible, or have been disabled, for some reason.

About 3 update ago it did the same thing then all of a sudden a new update and it started working again now with the last update it has stopped working again.
Please HelpOk. I disabled hardware acceleration. The only extension is the McAfee Scriptscan for Firefox 15.1.0, which was already disabled. I then disabled all plugins (Acrobat, Google Update, Intel Identity Protection (2x), Java Deployment Toolkit, Java Platform, MS Office 2013, Quicktime, Shockwave, Silverlight), which were all up to date.
Normal or safe mode still has same result. No startup, no option button and no customize.

You may well have to wait until iOS8 is released before it works
I doubt you will get any help from an Apple Store genius bar as you have made unauthorised changes to the iOS and also likely voided the warranty -

By the way, Ghostery and LSO manager are not security solutions. It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

I am working on a PC. My InDesign CS6 was working but is now missing its amtlib.dll file. To fix it it says to reinstall program but I was am idiot and didn't make a copy. Is there any way to reinstall this missing file?
It was bought for my son and he never registered it.
I still don't understand why Neema was trying to reinstall it when she didn't have the serial number but after she uninstalled it, said she couldn't reinstall it because I didn't have the serial number. I never had it yet she didn't have a problem with trying to install it originally.
Still won't buy another Adobe product again. I've talked to a lot of people who can't stand Adobe and I now know why. I can't even update Flash without my whole system crashing or getting a virus.
I won't re-purchase InDesign either. I realize it should have been registered and I explained that my email had been hacked and my proof of purchase was deleted with ALL of my emails and I also had a major virus after updating Flash.
I can't afford to buy the same product twice.
I will find out what other formats my book distributor (Ingram Books) accepts and purchase that program.
Not impressed with Adobe and will share my experience with others so they can be sure to register their product and make a copy of the program BEFORE allowing an Adobe employee to take control of their computers.
If you knew the answer to my question, customer support should have too.

Hi Forum, can u please help? iRecently bought a macbook pro and garageband 11 was working fine but now it's showing a question mark in the dock and it won't open. How did you install GarageBand on your Mac? Did it come preinstalled with the other iLife applications?
If your MacOS supports the AppStore, you should be able to redownload GarageBand from the AppStore, see this support Article: OS X: About OS X Recovery on how to download again:
Double-click the App Store icon in the dock.
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Purchases.
If you haven't previously accepted your bundled iLife applications within the Mac App Store, you should see your iLife applications appear in the Accept portion of the screen. Click Accept.
You may be asked for your Apple ID and password once again. Your iLife applications now move to the Purchased section. These applications are part of the software that came with your Lion based computer. Your account will not be charged for them. Click Install to complete installation of your applications.

Not sure why it takes almost 1-2 minutes for Firefox to fully open and load. It's also not an internet issue, as Safari opens immediately.
Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:

Have loaded lion and now can't access office for mac or apple works as it says it does not support power pc applications, how can I acces them or better still reinstate them please?
MS-Office for Mac versions 2004 and older do not run in Lion since these are PPC-apps for which Apple has dropped support.

Hi! I brought an iPhone 4 off my friend at work. The day I brought it, it was working fine but now I can't seem to send any messages or make phone calls. The network is showing up fine but each time I try to make a call it says "call failed" I can't seem to send any messages either? I can use the Internet fine and everything else on the phone. Can anyone help?

You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.
