I removed Fireworks CS6. I am trying to reinstall it from Creative Cloud?

I don't think I uninstalled it properly. I just moved it to the trash and cleared the trash (OS). I did this because I wanted to download 'Fireworks CC', but then I realized there is no such thing and now want my Fireworks CS6 back.

If you don't have the discs, check your account with Adobe and see if the files are available to you thru a download link.  If neither of those two options help, then you can download the trial version thru the page linked below.  Be sure to follow the Very Important Instructions or else the download will not work:

    * When you're connected to the next higher-level person, repeat he request that they read the case notes first, then ask them to ESCALATE the case to the highest-level experienced person.

    I don't think I can access the crash report? Excuse the ignorant questions I'm about to make am a relative tech novice.
    Soo - as mentioned every time I open photoshop it crashes - it just says there's an error and the program will shut down and if there's a solution windows will notify me. Then nothing...
    I've tried to look in photoshop files for the detailed crash report & the system event viewer but cannot find a file with those names. I've also looked in the windows files for files with those names but cannot find them either - so I don't know where to look.
    Any guidance would be great.

    Do those tracks still show on the album in the store ? If not then the rights-holder must have removed them, in which case you won't be able to redownload them, you will have to copy them back from your backup of your downloads/library.     I started a project file on the Adobe Creative Cloud and I am trying to convert the file to CS6 (as that is what all my editors have).     I am the director of the project- so I am not very technically inclined to answer these questions, but will try my best. My lead editor dropped out of the project leaving me very confused and I am trying to establish a new workflow based off of her existing project file.
    The original project was started in Adobe Creative Cloud. I am now trying to use Adobe CS6 and I am trying to figure out if we can convert a file from Creative Cloud > CS6.     Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like the install log. If it always stops at the same spot, something specific happens like waiting for a specific user input, running out of disk space or simply triggering some external process like a virus scanner that may block the install, but never properly produces a warning dialog.

    I'm hoping someone can help me. One of my user is getting below error message when trying to install Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from Creative Cloud. She's been able to install other apps such as Illustrator and InDesign without any issues.

    Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR:
