I removed my bluetooth speakers and now they cannot be paired again. any idea how to pair them again?

I bought new speakers that can be connecteed by bluetooth, i removed it once it paired and now it can no longer be found. I've switched both bluetooth on laptop and speakers off but it still does not find them. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you !
