I Renewed a subscription and now I can't call

I bought a subscription to call Brazil for 120 minutes on Aug. 10th. It ran out, and on Aug 14th, I purchased another. Now, although I've paid, I can't call. Why? What do I do now?

    I've made a 60 m subscription to Netherlands, to telephones and mobiles. The payment was confirmed and I received the message on skype that the order was delivered. I can see the subscription on my personal page in the subscriptions but when I try to make a call it don't allows me and show me the message that I need to charge my account or make a subscription to Netherlands. (When I already have).
    I need very much to be able to make this calls in the next days. I have paid again a subscription and the same problem continues.
    And a few days ago I received a "gift" of 20 m world calls and I can't even use that too.
    And the link of the page for contact skype support is not working.
    Anybody can help?

    Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
    I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

    I am a long time .Mac user, and saw last night that I had Zero days left to renew. I was still able to upload my site. I renewed .Mac today, and NOW I get a message when uploading my iWeb stuff to sign in to .Mac...Which I already am. The moment I open the system preferences for .Mac, my upload (to iweb) window dissapears. Now I am screwed. Help. Please.

    I had a similar problem but Apple's .Mac Tecnical Support came to the rescue:
    "Based on the information you provided, we understand that when trying to publish your site to .Mac, iWeb reports an error message stating:
    "There was an error reading your iDisk quota."
    Currently, we are investigating similar reports from other .Mac members.
    If iWeb continues to report the error message, first ensure you have an up-to-date backup of the file package that contains your iWeb domain's files.
    Note: A file package is similar to a folder in that it contains multiple individual folders or files, but differs in the fact that you cannot not open it in the same way as a folder.

    I do not  know how it is done, but you MAY be able to buy her a regular subscription and pay with your credit card... just not the Education version that has strict requirements

    Some things to try first:
    1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

    4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    5.  Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

        •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

    I downloaded OSX Yosemite and now I can't open Photoshop CS5. Says I have to download the new Java 6 script, so I did and it still won't open.
    I try to open PS but I get a message (unexpected unrecoverable error) I was using PS before I downloaded Yosemite. Could downloading Yosemite some
    how corrupted part of PhotoShop? Should I try and reinstall PhotoShop? I have a MacBook Pro 13"; 2011; 4g mem; intel core i5.

    You should check with Adobe, but it's likely they'll say that Photoshop CS5 isn't supported on Yosemite and they'll recommend you update to a new CC version, which of course requires a subscription.
    It could be that Photoshop requires a Java installation (and probably an old one), that isn't running on Yosemite by default. Java 6 is not "new," it's in fact very old. I do think you can download Java 6 from Apple - check apple.com/support/downloads.

    I tired to use acrobat distiller from my downloaded creative cloud distiller application and a license agreement screen came up, but it was blank besides the bottom where it says to accept. So I accepted, but nothing happened --did this a few times until I thought I would uninstall, then reinstall from the application manager -- The manager won't let me download acrobat now since it has already been downloaded? What's up with that?

    Do two things:
    On Mac OS X make sure you ran the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro uninstaller from Application > Utilities > Adobe Installers. On Windows uninstall using the Control Panel.
    Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove any traces of Acrobat http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
    You should now be able to install from the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
    For Acrobat, the blank EULA screen is a known issue:
