  • Changing Creative Cloud plans

    I currently have a Creative Cloud subscription plan. As a photographer, I am interested only in the Photography Creative Cloud you are now offering – i.e., Photoshop and Lightroom.
    I understand I need to sign up for the Photography Creative Cloud package before Dec 31, 2013 to be eligible for the $9.99 / month rate. How do I make this change without losing any capability? That is, I want to make the change in a timely manner, but I don’t want to start canceling things without knowing that the replacement will be available immediately.
    Maybe I can do this on the Internet, but I would feel better knowing a human was helping.

    you can actually call our support lines and one of the agents would be able to cancel the Current subscripton that you have and also help you buy a new subscription at that moment as well. Once you purchase a new plan, it would get activated immediately only.

  • Can I cancel my creative cloud plan but keep typekit?

    Is it possible to cancel my creative cloud plan but maintain my current typekit account?
    I've had my Typekit plan since before Adobe purchased them, once I signed up for Creative Cloud the plans were combined.
    I now no longer need my CC account but I still need to maintain my Typekit account in order to continue to support existing websites.
    I can't find any info on this as a procedure or any obvious was of achieving this through the CC interface.
    Any help much appreciated.

    We're happy to hear that you want to keep using Typekit! It is possible to change your account to a standalone Typekit Portfolio plan, but takes some assistance from our engineering team right now. 
    I think I have just replied to a support email from you, but if not: please send the Adobe ID that you use for Typekit to [email protected] so that we can get this taken care of for you.

    I live in Australia and I just wanted to purchase Single App Creative Cloud plan with Lightroom. There are 11 apps to chose from, but no Lightroom. Is it not available in Aus?
    The apps I can choose are:
    Photoshop
    After Effects
    SpeedGrade
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    InDesign
    Dreamweaver
    Flash Professional
    Illustrator
    Audition
    Adobe Muse
    Acrobat XI Pro

    Lightroom standalone full license is AUD$205 (AUD$110 upgrade) to purchase outright.
    Don't think it would be worth including as a standalone subscription app. At $20/month, a year's subscription would cost more than buying it outright.
    I suspect it's more of a value added inclusion in the Cloud rather than a standalone subscription offering

  • Installed Creative Cloud plan for Photoshop customers but Photoshop CC reverting to trial

    I've recently joined the 'Creative Cloud Plan for Photoshop Customers' & installation was fine. Photoshop CC has updated to the latest version too. However, quite often, when opening Photoshop CC I get a box open up with 'Photoshop CC Trial' stating I have 00 days remaining. I click on 'licence this software', sign in with my details & all is OK until it happens again.
    I found this help page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html but it doesn't seem relevant - there is an option to 'deactivate' under help with Photoshop CC.
    Doesn't happen every time I open Photoshop CC but is rather frustrating. Any ideas?

    I would suggest to update your Creative Cloud applicaiton manager and to delete the OPM.DB file outlined int his doc http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html and then log in to the Creative Cloud app manager.

    Make sure that you are ruing the software as an administrator on your computer.
