I rent a movi and cannot see it in my iPad what I do?

I rent a movi (john carter) and cannot see it in my iPad-2 version 5.1.1 what I should do?
The message appear is ( the requested URL was not found in this server ).
Can anyone help how to solve this problem

Where is the download button on the ipad. I rented a movie and cannot watch it till it downloads

Can someone please let me know how I can download a rented movie to my ipad again. It appears it failed to download to my ipad, when I attempt to watch it states to download it again. That feature is not on my ipad. The download area only shows up when an item is downloading.

Rented a movie and cannot be played

I cannot play a rented movie on my iPad it says "movie could not be played" every time I press play and on every chapter I would like to start playing the movie.

I'm having this exact same problem... I rented three movies on my Mac book pro, transferred them to my iPad and when I tried to watch them on a flight, non of them would play. I got the same message as you...would sure love to know what I'm doing wrong....

You might want to try it again. It started working for me about 10 minutes ago (~8pm CST).
