When you go to "Report a problem" next to the item (Great Gatsby) on the email invoice or on the online account - it takes you to online support - if you elect problems with iTune downloads the page NEVER opens... no email contact. Please help

This is bad - I have an Apple automated response that they got my report on 12/6, 12/10 and 12/14, and I haven't heard anything from them since the 6th when I got one reply that told me to do things I tried before reporting the problem. Between the 6th and 10th I replied to their response 4 times and they ignored me, forcing me to report a problem with two more items that wont download but getting no response.
How do they get away with this kind of behavior, especially for someone with FIVE Core 2 Duo macs and thousands of dollars of of iTunes store purchases? I'm getting really ******.

I tried it several times, but I still get the same error message. I tried other movie and could download and watched it. Therefore, I assume that only this movie makes trouble. Am I right? I noticed in my instance that it is HD content that is giving me the same problem, but Standard Definition (SD) content downloads and plays no problem.
Would this be the same with you? Have you been able to download a play an HD rented movie?

Hey man, i just did the same thing and was charged $9.99 plus tax in Galaxy on Fire 2, and was lookiing for help. I got these from turtleshells1998 and lllaass:

That happened to me when i had tower town... I spent $5.99 and the "bucks" did not pop up.
What you have to do is exit the app. Then start up the app again.
If the in app purchase still has not popped up, I would restart the ipod.
If the in-app purchase still has not appeared in the app, I would contact whATever company made the app and ask for your money back...
I, for one, have sent a message to the makers of my game and am waiting for a reply.

I recieved an error message during the purchase of an album, stating there was a problem with the apple store purchase. It led me to believe that the purchase did not go through, aas it never downloaded. A susequent purchase did go through and downloaded. How dod I retrieve the lost purchase?

They might just be temporary holding charges which will disappear off your card within a few days or so.
If they do appear in your purchase history then you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (or if they are 'proper' charges but nothing appears on your history) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
For your credit card not being accepted (it is a credit card, not a debit card ?), then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

yes i have, i tried restoring it, restarting it, even unplugging my atv2, waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in...

If your iPhone is working but the screen is dark, try these steps next:
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
Try to restore your phone and set it up as new.

I just downloaded the new itunes, (11.1 I think) and now my iphone won't sync. I plugged in my phone to download new music and it made the noise to show it was charging/plugged in, but nothing synced or downloaded. How do I fix this?

There is nothing we can do to help you. Make sure the card you are using is valid. Contact the issuing bank and find out what's wrong on their end. If the card was issued in a country other than that of the store you're trying to register with, it will not work.
So far as I know, there is no iTunes store in Nigeria, which means you can't purchase items.
