I rented a movie on my computer and transferred it to my ipad mini and can't find it on the mini even though it shows that it is there when I look on the computer. It is not in my video app on the mini. Where can I find it to watch?

I rented a movie on my computer and transferred it to my iPad mini. I see it was purchased on my computer in my account and the charges for it and can even see where it is on my iPad on the computer but can't find it on the iPad itself. It is not in Videos. I have this problem every time I rent movies and somehow I eventually find it but I don't know how it eventually gets on the iPad. I'm leaving on a trip and want to watch it on the way.

I have a 2nd gen ipad. Since the latest ios update my ipad will not charge when hooked up to my computer running windows 7 and even though it shows that it syncs in Itunes, it will not download any apps. It just seems to skip that part.

I went to the apple store and they hooked up my ipad to a mac and it showed that it was charging and that apps would download. My ipones, touches, and ipods are not having any problems, just this ipad. It seems to be since I updated to the new ios. You can't even do a restore on it because it doesn't recognize it. It shows up top that it's doing that but nothing happens on the ipad. The computer seems to recognize the ipad, itunes recognizes it. It acts like it is communicating with it but it doesn't download anything and won't charge when it's hooked up to the USB port. THe Apple store says there is nothing wrong with this ipad which is about 6 mths old. So what now?

I can not connect to the Internet even though Ethernet indicates that I am connected

I have a older iMac with intel running lion. Network diagnostic indicates both wifi and Ethernet are connected but I can not open a web page. If I restart the computer I can connect for about 1min or less then nothing. I have tried using different DNS with no luck. There are no DNS numbers listed or grey when I open preferences. Try the following:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Power off and then on your router.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPad a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPad (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

I play games on Yahoo. Since my last upgrade (3.6.12) I log into a game room, but do not get the window, even though it indicates I'm in there

I know I am logged into a specific game room, because it registers on the board information and I can hear other players enter and/or leave.

All I am getting from iTunes is an automatic reply.
This has been going on since September and the iOS 6.0.1 update. I have been bumped from Times of London to iTunes and back each saying it is the others problem. iTunes is the final auto response after their several suggestions is to go to the creator of the app which does seem to make sense.
It is a bizarre problem. All is okay for about three weeks then I am not allowed into my downloaded copy. If I try to go into a page on the paper which at that point I can see, I get bumped out with a message that a subscription is not available. The app has been re-downloaded (several times from iTunes Canada).
Nothing seems to work. I didn't have a problem with my subscription previously. Have had the paper for several months with no problems.
I have tried to get this message to those who might be able to do something but come up against a brick wall of automated responses.

I bought an entire album and I needed to re-download it, but no matter what, it won't let me re-download one of the songs even though it knows that I purchased it.

Ipod will not update even though itunes shows that copying is complete

Good morning all,
Today I purchased an album from itunes and tried to copy it to my ipod. I have the manual set up where the ipod does not update automatically. Today as soon as I connected the ipod to the pc and itunes opened I saw in the display "ipod is updating do not disconnect". This was not supposed to happen since my settings are to manually update the ipod. Then I manually copied the new album, I saw that it was copying and checked the ipod and saw the music there. But as soon as I disconnected the ipod the music had not copied. any feedback will be appreciated.

The PDF, which is probably being sent as an attachment, maybe larger than the Outgoing Mail server will allow.
