I rented a movie yesterday morning but it never downloaded and now it's showing I need to rent it again. I was charged the 4.99.
How do I find the rented movie that should have downloaded.... but it never did and now they want me to pay again to rent it???
The movie should be in the top row when you have the movie menu selected.
How do you know you've been charged for it, have you seen the receipt in your purchase history.

I need help deleting a movie on my ipad that says installed but never downloaded. if i try to download it i get a message that says " unable to download .please try again later" Any ideas??? BTW the movie downloaded onto my mac but not my ipad...

I get the same message when I open it from my iphone 5..."there was a problem connecting to facebook" there isnt a problem though
if i swipe left I see standard Friends at top, below it listsclose friends, family, then a help center, account settings, privacy settings, log out, etc. I dug around there for a while but didnt see any option to delete messages.
if i swipe right I see the word Favorites at the top. above that is a search option. to the right is a weird little symbol kinda like a wheel with gears on it. if i click that it gives me the option of Turn off Chat or Cancel. I did both, it just greys out the friends list that appears. If I click a name, the previous conversation appears. nothing to delete from there, just contact info if I click the i symbol or back to news feed. -

I've rented several movies over AppleTV, but can not download. I get a message "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. " i've been trying for 3 days now... anyone with similar problem?
I have the same issue, to temporarily fix it go to Settings > General > Restart. When it restarts the movie should play. You have to do this for each movie for the most part.

What do I do when I'm half way through a movie on Apple TV. The movie then quits. We go back on to the movie home page and it says you have already rented this movie, please go to settings, then downloads and select downloads but we can't find downloads
Try signing in and out of itunes on apple tv, do you have lastet OS?

As the title says....I rented a movie and started playing it, but it stopped downloading, and didnt finish within the 24hrs it should... Now I didnt watch crap and dont have a refund nor do I have a way to watch it, and worse yet no way to even re-buy it....

I'm trying to use the apple TV. I've hooked it up and found that any video downloading takes forever. A 1 minute video I shot yesterday took 20 minutes to download and watch on the Apple TV. A movie trailer took 20 minutes. Whats wrong????
I am trying to figure it out, I have done everything
I had this around the end of Jan for about a week then I did some changes in my firewall and allwas good ( or so I thought) for 2 weeks and now its back again since Friday ( thats when I noticed it)
I have done the following
refreshed my connection
speedtest
unpluged it
check my pc firewall again and added anything to do with Apple and itunes to the exceptions list
check my router firewall and settings myself and with my cable comp
I also called my anti-virus/Firewall tech supp and could not find a thing
youtube netflix work fine but streaming a 2 min 33 sec trailer from itunes takes for ever and I see the white bar downloading
I can stream TV shows but like 20 min for it to be ready sometimes an hour
I am also seeing downloads from itunes store for a 22 min show take 3 hours
I have tried everything on my part. even downloaded a show from zune that was done fast as itunes used be, infact Thursday it was working fine (Itune store downloads)
something is up with the itune store because there is nothing more I can do
I even have a signal booster in my living room to make sure the family room and kitchen get a good signal
my apple tv is in the next room where the modem is and router

Anything that puts a heavy load on the CPU will reduce the run time.
There is a fixed amount of energy in a charged battery.
The faster you take energy out the shorter the run time will be.
Turn off bluetooth.
Reduce backlight to as low as is comfortable for you. I use level 5.
Watching video uses a lot of energy. -

Check to make sure that in iTunes Preferences that Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases is check or check in the iTunes Store under Purchased to see if it rests there. If you still cannot locate them, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.

I have a factory unlock iphone 5 with the lasted version. Since yesterday my sim card stopped working and now says `No Sim`, was working fine and stopped working now, other sim works but just not mine. ¿What can be happening?
