..i reported a problem with a App but nothing happend! What i must do now to get my money back?

Dear Community!
I have a problem with a App i purchased. These App was to buggy and crashes to often!
Yep, u know. I reported this problem to itunes-Store-Support over "Purchase History" and "Report Problem" for weeks.
And now? I cant report this problem again! What is with my money?

You'll want to contact iTunes through http://expresslane.apple.com. When there just choose the right categories and send off an email. There you can make a request for a refund.  Best of luck!!!

    iOS is the operating system for iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. Your Mac runs on OS X. You have installed OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite.
    I have the most recent version of the Kindle app for Mac from the Mac App Store (MAS) v. 1.10.6 and it works fine. Look again in the MAS for the Kindle app, does it say Get or Open on the button?
    Are you confusing Kindle for Mac with Kindle for iOS. The iOS version won't run on your Mac.

    Try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall
    Disable anti virus software.
    Then open the App Store. From the App Store menu bar top of your screen click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.     I had a MBP and downloaded Adobe Photoshop. I paid for it. Then I had to set up the whole MBP again and Adobe was gone of course.
    I downloaded it again. Thinking, I wouldn't have to pay this time.
    But I had to!!
    Now that I would need the Photoshop again to have on MBA. Afraid to download because I might have to pay...again....

    If you bought a download of Photoshop, you bought it from Adobe because Photoshop is not sold in the Mac App Store (MAS). You need to talk directly with Adobe about this issue.
    However, if what you actually bought was Adobe Photoshop Elements from the MAS, whenever you need to redownload the app, you do so by opening the MAS, signing into your account (Store menu), going to the Purchases pane and redownloading from your list of purchases.

    Store > View My Account > Purchase History > Report a problem.
    Contact the store and explain the issue. They should be able to reissue your download or take whatever other steps are necessary to resolve your problem.

    What 'no work', the purchase of the app or the app has downloaded but doesn't work on your device ?
    If the purchase isn't going through then what happens, are you getting an error message ?
    If the app has downloaded but doesn't work on your device then have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it ? If that hasn't fixed it then have you contacted the developer ? If you have and they can't help then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
