I request to downgrade my iPhone 4s from ios 702 to ios 613.

Question

After upgrade my wonder iphone 4s to the new 7.0.2 i realise what a big mistake I just made:
- the battery is over in less then a few hours (before it lasts 2 days)
- the graphics make it unreadable most of info (this slim text style is a chalenge to the most accurate eye)
- the graphcis have weird colors contrats issues
And the most frustating: a few really important apps (bank and financial apps) stopped to produce the correts results such as token and so on.
So, my "mobile life" is being tremendously damaged by this new 702.
Therefore I request the right to get back to my previous situation
And i also advise Apple to sit and make some reflection why so many peaople wants to get back to 613.
On my side I just want my consumer right: to be able to use the product as I purchased it, working fine!
With 702 my iphone is not working!
Shame on you APPLE!

I believe we all can make a huge difference.
It just a matter of taking the decision that will prevail to defend all of us consumers
We may just lay down and wait for some day that this is solved or we rock the boat and request what is our to take.
As I mentioned . "I request.." and here, at "discussions" is one of the places where I'm presenting my quest.
Apple upgraded the version number and downgraded the quality.
I don't know about you people but I paid 1000 euros for my phone. At least I've the right to have it working.
if "Apple is not here" then they should be
Anyway I believe they will show up some how, somewhere: by solving the problem they caused to all of us or by solving individual problems to those prosecuting them. Then they will show up at the court room when "requested" to do so.
I hope that's not necessary. Fortunately my country Justice System hasn't made the upgrade and it is still working fine.
