I reset my email password on my Iphone 6 and now i can't send emails. i keep getting a message saying the email password is incorrect but i'm receiving email
i've rebooted and deleted the acc and reinstated, still says the password is incorrect. i get mail but can't send. can anyone help please?

This has nothing to do with iPhoto. When I have this type of problem I call tech support for my email service. They probably are the only source of the correct settings

I entered the incorrect password for my home wifi network, and now I can't change it. How do I clear out the wrong password so that I can enter a correct one?
Settings > wi-fi then tap on the little blue arrow next to the network you want to change. You have to tap on the blue arrow and not on the name.
Now at the top tap on "forget this network".
After that, the iPhone will think your home network is a new network and will ask you for the password to connect. -
Tried to open my old MacBook. Couldn't remember password. Followed suggestion to reinstall hardware. Now startup disk is stuck in computer and it won't turn on. I keep getting a message saying I need to restart the computer. When I hold down power button, I get the same message over and over. Any ideas?

To eject the Disc, hold the Mouse button down, (or what passes for it on a Laptop), while powering up, if you also hold the Option key down at the same time it should eject & give you a chance to insert your install disc & wait for it to shw as a Boot option.
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Tiger Mac OS X Install disc , then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, *you must select your language first.)*
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.
5. Select your Mac OS X volume.
6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."
Then Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it finishes.
If it appears to be time for An Archive & Install, which gives you a new OS, but can preserve all your files, APPs, pics, music, settings, etc., as long as you have plenty of free disk space...

My find my iphone app, my phone was offline. So i checked the notify me when its online. I did this on my boyfriends iphone so now that we found my phone he keeps getting text messages sent to him notifying him none stop where my phone is at?? How do i let stop the text messages to stop?? It sends the location and long. lat. where its at....??
My wife is having the same problems as a reciever. She works in a school as a teaching assistant and her teacher sends messages that are mixed with previous texts from ages ago.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem or is it only her and this poster?

I changed my comcast password (on my phone) and now am having trouble sending out emails from my Mac.
Did you change the password on your Mac as well? Go to Mail / Preferences / Accounts and change it there too.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

That is the activation lock. Your iPad will be useless unless you can remove it.

I probably misclicked when I activated the security lock on the iPhone and now I can not figure out what password I entered. Moreover, I have patches and funky looking phone so I can not restore iphine pres itunes. Please advice.
Your only recourse is to force it into DFU mode:
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings. -

You need to use the credentials for the iCloud account that was used to turn on the Find my iPhone service.

If you've been walking around for 2 years with someone else's account set up for Find my iphone, then you'll have to get hold of that individual. If you can't, there is no way to bypass activation lock. -
Keep getting error message "user name or password for aol is incorrect
". Have reset both and problem still exists. Problem appears to be in the evening hours only.reset the password to re confirm that that isn't the issue
