i restored my iphone 4 a few months ago and my music got deleted but when i go on itunes it has a cloud in the top corner of the albums that i have does this mean i can get my music back and dont have to pay for them again
Yes, that cloud is iCloud and is used to re-download the music

If you are backing up to your computer, check in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices, if there is more than your recent iPhone 6 backup listed. I have an I Phone 4 and it was working this morning went to use this afternoon the phone is dead. I tried charging it wont turn on at all. I had this happen a few months ago when my phone automatically updated and it crashed the phone. Apple had me do a restore to the phone. I did copy everything to ICloud but is it a software or hardware problem and why wont it boot up. or how do I get it to boot up. Its saying in ICloud its offline.
If safe, carefully slide iPhone into a plastic bag, double bag it for sure. Use items like pencils or kitchen utensils so you do not touch it. Make Genius reservation, and take it to Apple for replacement under Warranty.

I started using icloud a few months ago- I now find I have music on my iphone that my daughter purchased last year- I can't get it off as it does not appear on my Library on my pc. Any ideas- other than banning daughter from my account!
Add all the songs you want to burn the playlist onto the disk.

I have had IPhones since their inception. Last phone was the 5. A few months ago, I upgraded to the 6 Plus.
Here is my issue.
On my 5, my car radio (which has USB port) allowed me to plug in and listen to radio or music from my phone and the bonus was it charged the phone as well. All worked great.
Now with the 6 Plus, neither of things work. The message on the radio (Kenwood) says I Pod error. The message on my phone say's "this device is supported".
I have called on this before and was told you are aware and that the issue will be addressed in a future update. There have been several updates on IOS 8 and the issue remains.I have a Kenwood KDC-X695. When I purchased this stereo and had it installed, I had an ATT iPhone 4.
It worked with the stereo, but had a few issues. I had purchased a few audio books that I would listen to while driving. When I plugged it in it would immediately begin to play the book from the beginning or if I had been listening to music, it would start playing the song that was at the top of the song list.
The stereo came equipped with Firmware version 3.05. I upgraded to the iPhone 5 a year later. I had that phone for approximately 2 years. The song or book issue remained the same.
I just recently upgraded to the iPhone 6 and the Bluetooth function still works, however the USB port on the stereo that the phone plugs into to allow files on the phone to play through the stereo no longer works.
I contacted the service provider (Verizon) and after speaking to several different technical support technicians, they provided me the phone numbers for Kenwood and Apple because they were unable to help me.
I spoke with Kenwood technical support the following day and after a few fumbling miscues from the technical advisor, it was suggested that I upgrade the firmware, even though the Kenwood literature warns against this if the Bluetooth portion is working, because if there is a problem with the upgrade, it can render the Bluetooth useless and non-functional. The advisor did suggest the latest firmware on the second or third attempt, after I pointed out what I was able to glean from my initial search.
Later that day, I went back to the Kenwood site (from their homepage) and by using their selection tools, discovered that this particular model was only ever intended to be used with the iPhone 4S (the technical advisor was not aware of this, even though I mentioned this during my phone call earlier in the day). According to the Firmware selection tool, my iPhone 5 should not have worked with it.
I performed the Firmware upgrade, and it took 13 minutes. This was less than the 15 minutes that was forecast in the Kenwood literature. The Bluetooth still works but the USB cable connection still causes the unsupported device message that I received prior to the upgrade. I am incredibly annoyed and disappointed.
By upgrading to the iPhone 6, I have three choices; (1) only use the Bluetooth for phone calls without the ability to play other files from my iPhone 6 (2) forced obsolescence of my stereo, requires buying a new stereo (3) return my iPhone 6 and go back to my iPhone 5.
I do not believe that I should have to be a software/Firmware/hardware engineer, vetting every single device that I own; prior to upgrading a cell phone.
I am incredibly annoyed with Apple at the moment.
I have a separate Bluetooth headset that worked with both my iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 that the iPhone 6 simply does not recognize. That is another story for another time.
Currently, I am incredibly underwhelmed with Apple. -

First try going to settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
Reset network settings. If you STILL do not have cellular connectivity you will want to be in touch with your wireless carrier to find out why you arn't connected via wireless connection.

You can try Restoring it in iTunes but I have a feeling the switch is broken and you will have to get it serviced.

Have an iphone 5c 8g. The home button has stopped working. Did the same a few months ago and recovered 24hrs later. Can anyone explain this problem. Phone still in warranty. Had steam issue recently but this was after last home button episode and no evidence of damage.
If you are playing in hockey arenas a lot or if you are bringing it into bathroom same time as shower it may not seem like much but overtime the steam can acquire and build up in the phones usb dock flex cable swell as the home button flex cable. Bring again into apple store and should be covered under warranty again. could also be a delay in a 8gb 5c software may just be very lag.

cant seem to open up word documents. I installed original disk a few months ago and was working fine up until yesterday. When i went to open up word a question mark would appear in the backround and now the WORD icon has dissapeared all together.Any way of fixing the problem?
Use Finder and search for 'Microsoft Word'. If it shows up, launch it from Finder and when it appears in Dock, right click the icon and select Options > Keep in dock.
If finder does not find Word it has somehow been deleted. -
I had redeemed 2 $50.00 iTunes gift cards a few months ago. The last time that I checked my iTunes balance, it was $100.00. I logged in to iTunes yesterday and the $100.00 balance isn't showing up. Why would it be missing? Would that happen if I changed my apple ID and password recently? Or would that happen if I de-authorized 2 devices? Would that happen if I deleted my music from my iPhone? No. Apple won't do anything without a court order. Since it wasn't upgraded to iOS 7 before it was stolen then there's nothing you can do. You could file a police report with your serial number but there may be a small chance.

That is frustrating. You are right. The new Photos.app is not yet a sufficient substitute iPhoto.
And there was no clear warning with the upgrade to iOS that iPhoto would no longer work. Only after upgrading to iOS 8 could we find out, that iPhoto was gone.
In your case it may be too late now to downgrade back to iOS 7. It was possible right after the release of iOS 8, but by now Apple stopped signing the firmware, so you will find no trustworthy installers.
I think the best route is to send feedback to the developers, so the next Photos releases will bring back more of the advanced, missing iPhoto features. Apple brought already the Camera Roll back to Photos.
