I restored my iphone 5 and it is still locked with icloud

pleaaaaaase please help me. i bought a phone frm a friend and its locked with icloud. my friend doesnt remember any of her information or email addresses. there is nothing i can do to get in the phone cause it is locked. what do i do?!??!

If your friend has the original proof of purchase, then maybe a trip to Apple store can help

Import photos or video from your device to your PC:
Connect your iOS device to your computer. If the AutoPlay window appears, click "Import Pictures and Videos using Windows," then skip to step 4. If the "Import Pictures and Video" dialog appears, skip to step 4.
If the AutoPlay dialog doesn't appear, you might need to check your settings.
Choose Start > Computer.
Right-click the logo for your device and click "Import pictures and videos."
Click Import Settings.
Click the Browse button by the "Import to" field and choose where to import your Camera Roll's photos. By default, these will import to the My Pictures folder.
Select "Always erase from device after copying."
If you delete photos after you import them, you can reduce the size of your Camera Roll and improve backup and restore times.
If you want to import the photos to additional computers, don't select this option.
If you don't want Windows to delete photos from your camera on subsequent imports, remember to come back here and deselect this option when you're finished.
After setting your import options, click OK to dismiss the window.
Choose a tag, if desired, and click Import. This screen appears only while the import process is active.
After the import is complete, Windows Photo Gallery will show your photos and videos in Recently Imported.
If some of your photos didn't import from your device's Camera Roll, you can copy the photos to your computer using Windows Explorer or import the photos using software such as Windows Live Photo Gallery or Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 or later.
Copy the photos to your computer using Windows Explorer:
Connect the iOS device to the computer.
Choose Start > Computer.
Double-click the logo for the device to browse its folders.
Go to [iOS device]\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE.
Copy the content in this folder to your computer.
Disconnect your device. Open the Camera Roll and delete the photos you imported.
To copy the photos to your computer using Windows Live Photo Gallery or Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 or later, see the documentation for that application.

I've noticed that a few of my contacts on my ios devices have not synched with my contacts list in icloud. I've made sure icloud is the default contacts
for both iphone 6 and 4th Gen ipad but they still dont show in the cloud. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

Are the contact details in your contacts app, the phone app uses the contact app to put names against telephone numbers.

I restored my Iphone 5 and now it won't activate

I restored my factory unlocked Iphone 5 to see if I could lower the size of OTHER and now I tried to activate it but it keeps saying that the Iphone could not be activate it because the activation server cannot be reached.

You should be importing pics to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera. Nothing should only be on your iphone. You should keep everything on your computer.
If you have failed to do this, then they are gone.
You can try restoring from backup.

This error generally indicates a hardware failure. Bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.

sounds like your phone was jailbroken. If this is the case, you're hosed.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.

One day this was happened to me:I deleted some videos that i don't need and after about a month i went to a music concert and i recorded with my iPhone for about 25-30 min and my iphone froze and automacitly restarted after a restart when a went home and i wanted to watch what i had recorded and in my camera roll on my iphone i saw the videos that i deleted about a month ago!!! If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, nor via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right), then have you got Settings > General > Restrictions > iTunes set 'off' ?
