I restored my iphone and l lost all contacts
My "other" space was taking up all the room on my phone, so I restored to original settings. Now all of my contacts are gone. I thought I was going to be able to access them again. Any suggestions! Thanks!
Contacts are meant to "live" on your computer in an application like Outlook or in the cloud (iCloud, Google). Your phone is merely a device to allow your contacts to be carried with you portably.
Have you not been using your phone as intended? Do your contacts not live in the cloud or on the computer? If the answer is no, then they're gone.

You can only get it back from your Photo Stream or by restoring the iPhone from another backup.
Those options would only be available if you have an iCloud account setup or have another backup in iTunes. -

If updating to iOS 7 caused your contacts to disappear, please call your AppleCare number and tell the advisor your issue. He should have you escalated to a senior advisor in which they can further assist you as far as trying to get your contacts back to you.

Our exchange server crashed and we lost all contact and calendar data. We found an app to get the contacts off of people's phone to import but can't find the same for calendar. How do I get my calendar info off my phone and in to new exchange server?
You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

Pictures taken with the phone are part of the backup. So, if you still have a backup from before that happened, restore from it and all photos taken up to that point in time will be restored, if they were inside the camera roll.

If iTunes prompts you to restore your phone, then that is your only choice. Just follow the instructions iTunes gives you.
If its not turning on, hold down the power and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Then you will be asked to restore your phone in iTunes. -
My AOL account is on Mozilla/firefox, I do not have a disk loaded version. Unfortunately, I stupidly gave a "AOL Support" service my password, they got into my account, sent emails to my contact list, and cleared out my contacts as well as my saved folders. I immediately changed my password, but still lost the files.
Is there a procedure I can use to recover those AOL files??You should contact AOL directly. They probably make backups every so often. Might not be up-to-date, but it's a better bet than combing through old cache files on your PC.

You buy one and only one download. it has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Since you have failed to do this, you could transfer itunes purchases from an ipod/iphone/ipad. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You could try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception but they are under no obligation to allow.
