I restored my phone and now receiver is not working

My phone crashed several times in the last week while on the road. It would Go into auto shutdown. I restarted it and would get the same error. Finally I did a reset. I could not plug into iTunes since I am on the road.
NOw my ringer does not work. The speaker works, blue tooth works, and my earbuds work, but not the ringer. How do I resolve this issue?

Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled? Settings>Do Not Disturb
Do you have the mute switch engaged? It's the little slider over the volume buttons on the side. If you can see orange, it's engaged. Slide it the other way.

Depending on what iPhone you have when you get to the connect to wifi you should be able to activate your device over cellular data. Try doing a hard reset by holding the home circle button an power button until an apple pops up and the go through the setup again and when you get to the wifi part a option should be setup with cellular data iPhone 4 and above should give this option sometimes doesn't like showing up that's why u have to do a hard reset first

Activation issues are almost always the result of a device that has been hacked or jailbroken. If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

Restored my phone and now i can not reactivate the phone

Was having problem with my 4s so I backed it up and did a restore back to factory settings. After the restore my phone and iTunes are both giving me server errors and I can't reactivate my phone. Before I call apple support I was just wanting to know if there was anything I could try differently.

I synced my iPhone today to get the new version 1.1.3 and it was going well until I noticed that my phone service wasn't working. I powered the phone off and powered back on and now all I get is a screen that says "slide for emergency" and all I can do is make an emergency call??????

Ok -- problem solved but I don't know why.
After iTunes gave me that error message, I noticed it showed my iPhone under devices so I clicked on sync. That gave me a new message on iTunes that said it couldn't read my SIM card and to go to the AT&T store to get a new one. Out of frustration I removed the phone from the dock and then put it back in the dock...this time I got a message on my phone that it had been updated and when I clicked the slider it wanted my passcode. And my phone service appears to be fine.
But.. to avoid this scare next time...I assume I should leave the phone plugged into the computer until I get the "phone is updated" message ON the phone. Correct?

You can try calling Apple support at 0800-761-0880 and explaining the situation to them. Perhaps there will be something they can do to help. Try asking to speak with a Customer Relations representative, though I don't know if they have them in Brazil.

You could follow the instructions in the support document that you linked from. There is a section regarding the passcode and the inability to use it or enter it. However, you may encounter more issues since you cannot use the screen.

Are you following these instructions.
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.
