From what you have described here the problem is not clear.
As queried by Claudio, does all other applications and OS using Ukrainian language as the text.
Also if you want to launch Adobe Reader in English but is launching in Ukrainian, try pressing 'Ctrl' key and while keeping it pressed launch Reader. Then you will have a dropbox to select launch language wherein you can select English.

Apple does a poor job of documenting/explaining this setting - the iTunes Media folder location setting in Edit > Preferences > Advanced doesn't tell iTunes where to find the content of your library. Be carefull with what you delete & have a backup BEFORE you start, you may also want to reboot to try to free any memory that may have been written to disk.

In pages you can only have one orientation of the Page. You have to rotate the content on the pages that you want horizontal. Save the document in Pages format so you'll have a original version to work on. Then Export to or Print to PDF and open the document in Preview. Here you can rotate the pages to horizontal viewing.

One of you will need to migrate to a separate iCloud account, then you can delete the other person's data from each account.
To migrate to a new account, start by saving an photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll to your camera roll. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing errow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, provide the account password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign in with a different Apple ID to create the new account and choose Merge to upload your data.
You can then each to to your iCloud accounts on icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

It's all rather odd because the old account cannot 'no longer exist' - if you don't have the correct password you won't be able to get into it, but you can't actually delete an iCloud account from the server.
I'm afraid you will need the services of iCloud Support. If you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

Ok, well you'll need to do something like this. Now this part is a little dependent on your database server:

Duplicate your book and try to change the theme in the copy. Chnaging the theme may change the layout of your text fileds. That is why you need the copy to be able to compare the pages before and after.
Ctrl-click the book in the Source list and select "Duplicate".
Click the "Change Theme" button in the upper right corner of the Book pane, make sure, you have the same theme selected and the same size. Click Hardcover.

If FaceTime ever worked properly for you, restarting your modem (and separate router/wireless if you have such) may help. If the problem continues, try connecting at a different location to see if the problem is within your wi-fi.
The black dot problem may mean you need to reset your iPod. If that does not help, it may need service by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
