How much is the charge ? Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Anyone help with linking a bank account to your apple id. The form wants a phone number I only have a UK mobile number and it doesnt sem to want to accept it keeps l;ooping me back to entering a phone number.
If you are trying to setup a charge card number on the Apple Store - make sure you are in the Correct country site - icon bottom right last time I saw it - where you can change country.

It should be in Favorites.
If not, click on the desktop then go to Finder menu > Preferences > Sidebar and tick Music.

Why is my bank account being charged if i never entered my card info?
I was putting in my card informaton.. not to buy something at that time, just for the future. Everytime i would enter the card number it would say invalid card number. I got frustrated and gave up. Now there are three charges to my bank account from apple itunes store, each is $1.00
Don't worry man. They're just authorization holds. Checking if your card has balance. It goes back to your card in less than 24 hours.

Just subscribed for the student premium thing, and my bank account got charged but no premium?
Hello, I recently upgraded to the student premium offer ($4.99), and it shows that it was taken out of my account - yet it still says i'm only a free user. I've tried loggin in/out and uninstalling/reinstalling too. Anyone have any help to offer? It also never emailed me, and I'd like my money back.

Sounds like it's just a hold that's getting placed on your payment method. Contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can sort this out for you. If you receive an automated reply directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should receive a reply from a representative within 24-48 hours. -
