So my husband peeled off the part where you are supposed to scratch and took off a good portion of the code on the back of 2 25 dollar itunes gift cards. I do not have the recipet and do not know what to do. Is there anyway I can still redeem then?

i overscratched the label on my $25 itunes card and about half of the redemption code is unavailble i dont want to waste the money value and i already went back to the retailer i purchased the card and they couldnt do anything and then i tried going to apple.com and finding a way to redeem the card with the 16-digits on the base of the card... didnt work im a little desperate to redeem this $25 itunes card so i can purchase items for my ipod so if there is any help please let me know asap !

Are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? What is the difference between corporate iTunes gift-cards and regular ones

I have a small business and would like to make a competition and award iTunes gift-cards to the winners.
I saw that there are corporate gift-cards but I don't know what their pros and cons are.
And with regular gift-cards sent by e-mail: do the recipients receive my e-mail address or is it a no-reply e-mail?

There are no functional differences that would affect the end user. I don't think there's any difference at all in the cards, actually, just the way you buy and the quantities you can purchase. See:

As to emailed codes sent through this program, I'm not sure if the recipient would see your email address. Call iTunes Corporate Sales and they should be able to tell you.

ITunes Gift Card and now "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store."

My wife was using my computer yesterday and was entering in a gift card number that I gave her. Well, the card had a number missing or something and she tried all types of combinations. After some time she showed me an error (-50 if I recall) and since then I get "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
It had been working for weeks. So now, I tried a few other applications to get some more information and I found this:
Failed 'authorizeMachine':null
So, can someone tell me what to do, or remove my MAC address from Apple's iTunes store anti-scripting program

Me too. I upgraded to 7.02 iTunes. It hasn't happened before till the new upgrade. I'm using Windows 2000. I even renamed My Music, iTunes and iPod to "Old" and reinstalled the disc that came with my iPod Nano. It still will not connect. Make sure your Firewall is not being used while trying to connect. Or your ISP is probably prohibiting use to iTunes Music Store. Maybe a Anti-Virus Software program.
If Apple is trying to fix their bugs due to the new upgrade the are giving, they need to give free music for the inconvenience of their customers not being able to connect. My internet connection is active. My husband is a network guru and even he is surprised it doesn't work. Maybe my Hughes.net ISP is prohibiting use. We are trying everything.

There is no way to remotely track any device that is turned off, or does not have an internet data connection. In that case, no remote system can possible communicate with the device, nor the device send any information to any remote server. Any device, not merely an iPhone, shares that same limitation. Remote tracking is only possible if the device and the tracking system can talk to eachother.
Apple does not offer any other feature because they are not a law enforcement agency. They are bound by the same privacy laws that keep you from snooping in somebody's house just because you claim they have something of yours.
Of course there are alternate ways to track a powered on and connected cell phone, but Apple has neither the legal nor the moral authority to do such things. Just because something is technically possible does not mean that any big company and just go out and do them.
Since when is it always "someone else's" fault and responsibility to deal with your lost or stolen private property? I don't get this mentality of passing either the blame or the responsibility on to someone else.
