I seem to be billed twice

Hey,
I was having a look through my debit card history and I seem to have a random sum being taken out from it, and the only thing I may think it could be is when I purchased iTunes Match. The only reason why I'm starting this discussion is because it took the amount for iTunes Match out the money I had on my account.
Notes:
Started this because I have not used my card recently and have done no 21.99£ card payments lately.

Look at your purchase history.
If you still have a question, then contact itunes support.
We are all itunes users just like you, so we can do nothing for you.

  • HT1491 i have been billed twice for some apps i purchased and dont know how to get a refund for these items. im frustrated as i have looked all morning to my dismay and am now tired of looking.please help

    i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about getting a refund on my account with itunes for apps i have been billed twice for. this has happened befor and u used to be able to gointo purchases and report a problem and they would take care of it. now we have to go thru all these bells and whistles to just get a minor problem fixed.....how frustrating is that !!!!!!!!!

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    I can’ send you two order numbers because:
      a.. I typed my incorrect email address and I never the confirmation
    My fault but that transactions should have never been completed because I didn’t confirm it.
    I do have two credit care transaction numbers if that helps.  I can send you the good confirmation # and two credit card transaction numbers if that helps, or should I call someone to straighter out?
