I seem to be having trouble sending a PDF edited document as an email attachment?

IT seems to send but then never arrives. Im using trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

Apple Mail isn't going to change the format of any of your attachments. it isn't going to corrupt them either.
Exchange is a transport protocol and server. The issue you describe is not related to Exchange.
There are many different versions of Microsoft Outlook in use and they all have e-mail bugs. Different versions have different bugs. Some Apple Mail hack to get around a bug in Outlook 2003 may cause the same message to be problematic in Outlook 2000. Fix them both and another issue will cause trouble in Outlook 2007. You can't fix this. Apple can't fix this. Microsoft can and has but that is irrelevant if your recipients are using older versions.
One specific problem is that Apple Mail always sends image attachments inline, as images, not as iconized files. You can change this with Attachment Tamer. Just be aware that use of this software will break other things such as Stationery. E-mail is just a disaster. To date, no one outside of Apple has ever implemented the e-mail standards from 1993. Apple has continually changed its e-mail software to be more compatible with the de-facto standards that Netscape and Microsoft have unilaterally defined and people documented as "standards" after the fact. The e-mail messages that Apple Mail sends are 100% correct and do not violate any of the original standards from 1993 or the Microsoft/Netscape modifications. The problem is entirely bugs and limitations in various versions of Outlook.

Having trouble sending new Pages5.0 documents in iMail

Every time I try to send a Pages5.0 documents via iMail on my computer (it's all updated with the new OS) it send an undeliverable message. It doesn't matter which email address I send it to or from. Does any one else have this problem?

Pages 5 has a lot of problems and has lost over 90 features that Pages 09 has. If you had Pages 09 you still have it in Applications > iWork 09 folder. Why not use the application that does work.

I am wondering if there is something wrong in my Address Book? I have check Apple Preferences, and Mail Preferences and all seems in order. I can send to any of the individual addresses, but not in a group.

There seems to be a few bugs with iCloud Mail at times, so send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

That is only present if you have already updated to iOS 5 or later. If you're on iOS 4 you can only update while connected to your computer's iTunes.

When I press Icloud nothing happens. The videos are usually 5minutes to maybe 20 minutes. I need to send them insome kind of a compressed manner so it iseasy for my clients to open and watch. Thanks

Have you thought about uploading them to youtube? You can put things there up to 8 minutes long, and up to 15 if you get verified. You can also have them 'unlisted' which means they're not visible to anyone without the link.
I think your issue isn't as much that the videos are too long, it's that the file size is too big. I have a 3 minute video that I shot with my iPod that's 300 megs, and most mail programs max out at 25 megs.
There may also be options with vimeo or other video sharing programs that you can explore.

if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Was just wondering if any other cox communications email users are having trouble sending email when using 3G? When I'm home and connected to my wifi, it's fine. but as soon as I leave the house and try to send from my cox accounts, it tells me the sender's address is invalid, even though it's not. it does this for everyone...not just one recipient.

Cox is one of the ISPs which blocks the outgoing port 25 outside of their network.
On your iPhone, go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars> Your email account.
Tap on SMTP.
On the next screen you should see a list of secondary servers.
Tap on AT&T SMTP server.
Turn the Server ON.
Go back out and you should be able to connect when away from your home network.

Anyway, without seeing your files, screenshots, info about your color management and the printer's requirements this can only end up in longwinded, unproductive threads. The proper thing to do would be to provide all the necessary info and on top of it the polite thing to do would be to do some basic reading up on color management (and possibly be scared out of your wits).

By the way, a full uninstallation and reinstallation is a bit heavy-handed and is not always necessary.
Keep in mind that with Photoshop CS6 the Plug-ins subfolder is now normally completely empty. So to undo an inappropriate copy of plug-ins generally you can just delete all the copied plug-ins and that will restore proper Photoshop CS6 operation.
Then you can reinstall your needed 3rd party plug-ins one by one.
