I send a gift app to my friend oversea, when she went to redeem it say "This code is only valid for customers of Australia store", what do i do so that my friend can redeem the app? or how do i get my money back if she can't redeem the app?

There is nothing your friend can do to redeem the app. Gifts, as the ITunes Store says when you go to make the gift, are redeemable only in the country of purchase. Whether you can get a refund no one here can say with certainty. The terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you.

But in any case, as Jay said, any problems or issues you may have with that company will have to be taken up with them. This is not an Apple issue.

iTunes will not allow me to down load my iTunes Gift. It says "This code is only valid for customers of the Australia store". What options do I have or the person who gifted this iTunes Gift ?
Not really an option. It was an e-mail and a spacific album that was gifted.

I get this error message when redeeming an app from the apple "Aproved" website "Appexchanger" which is when you check out free apps and get credits to get paid apps, but i am in canada and everytime i go to redeem one i get "This code is only valid for customers of the USA Store." i think this is unfair because ive done what theve asked and theres nothing on the site that says "US ONLY" and the people who made it wont even contact me back! I bought a movie and the download failed, how do I get my money back?
Just 10 minutes ago I bought a 8 dollar movie and it failed to download, however my money was not refunded. How do I get my money back or get it to download properly?!
Thanks for your help. It keeps telling me that the connection to the network is down, despite the fact that another movie I have downloaded after, downloaded just fine.

Download to your computer and then sync to your iPod touch whatever will fit.
And no, I can't say with certainty that they won't give you a refund, but it's unlikely. The most probable outcome, if you do indeed mean movies, not TV shows or other videos, is that they would set up an additional download. For other content they'll probably just direct you to the same instructions on re-downloading I just posted. -

Don't worry, maybe it's just authorization holds to make sure your CC is valid.

Itunes is charging me for a app that i never bought. how do i get my money back?
I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I then logged onto my iTunes account and went to my recent purchases and it told me i had bought a game a month ago for 45.00. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. Another thing that happened was, before my account told me i didnt have enough money in my account, it told me i put in the wrong password. Itunes made me change my password so i think my account was hacked and the person bought the game. How would i get my money back?

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer. -
If I can't buy apps with ituned card in Canada - how do I get my money back
I don't want the cards if I can't use them to buy apps, so how do I get my money back? They sell the cards with the presumption that you can use them to buy anything thru itunes but after they are redeemed and you try to use them, they don't work! I want a refund!
