You should really read the manual.

Restore. When given the choice, choose to use backup.
"And how can I check to see if the pics and videos are on my computer somewhere first??"
They would only be where you put them. What program did you use to import them? Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer.

You need OSX 10.7.2 or higher in order to access icloud. The mobile me account is now defunct (it closed down more than a year ago).

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

Books do nor exist except in the iPhoto database so you can not "find" a book vista TM. You restore a previous library (be sure NOT to overwrite your current library) and switch to it

I filed for a case and my One-Year warranty is still available until Jne 2014 , somehow the description in the case is mixed up and says it was cracked or dropped, but the real reason is the Audio goes out on my iPhone 5 after the iOS 7.1 update every 20 minutes and I have to restart it. I talked to apple support and they told me my warranty will cover the audio issue, but it still doesn't say that in the repair description. How can I see that? or will they already know? Apple has told me that they will, but I don't want it to be mixed up and me have to pay for something and it not being my fault.

Besides checking the support status assuming you filed the case with your Apple ID, there is nothing more you can do. Nobody here knows that as nobody here works for Apple. We are users like you. Apple does not monitor this forum. You will have to contact Apple support for the information if you cannot get it the way I described.

Don't understand your confusion as all mobile phones require a SIM. You would have installed it yourself the first time you got the phone from your carrier or they may have helpfully put it in for you and you did not pay attention at the time. A trip to your carrier may help as they may issue you with another SIM card?
Did you leave the SIM card in the phone when you took it in for repair? If so then the store that did the repair should have transferred it for you? Get back to them and ask them the question.
Have you used the SIM slot tool (looks like a paper clip and is in the box the phone originally came in) to check if the SIM is still there? Maybe it just needs re-inserting?

I thought this happened when I first updated the software on my iPad. I didn't see any of the calendar events. Eventually they showed up tho. My computer has crashed several times since I bought my first ipod in 2005. Recently, it crashed so badly that my fella who fixed it just wiped everything off it and reinstalled things. I log in to itunes, register my ipod, and, its bad enough that everytime my computer crashes and is fixed that itunes thinks I am connecting yet another computer to my account (it believes I have four computers/devices but I have only ever had one ipod and one computer simultaneously),. but on top of that, all my songs listed in my purchase history are not in my library. It is the users responsibility to maintain a backup of their files.
If you have failed to keep a backup, that is not good.
If the content is on your iDevice and it was purchased via iTunes, connect the device (DO NOT SYNC) then select File > Transfer Purchases.
If the content is on the device but was not purchased via iTunes, you're out of luck mostly. Do a google search, you can find utilities that will allow you to extract the content.
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, there is an option to redownload previously purchased iTunes content. To do this, in iTunes select Purchased, then at the bottom select Download Previously Purchased. There are options for Music, Apps, and iBooks. Select the "Not in My Library" option and download what you want.

Okay, there are two accounts on one computer, and my account is the main one though ever since, I've been having issues with downloading new songs and apps onto my iPod touch. Not only that but now all of my music's gone from my library. How can I fix it?

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

Yesterday evening Norton ran a scan and found a threat, not saying it was Mozilla Thunderbird I ran it. Following that all my inbox emails had disappeared. All other emails are still there, including trash and folders.
I have recd emails in inbox from midnight this morning.
None of the previous options offered have helped.

Otherwise a restoring a recent profile backup is your best bet.
For the future don't let your anti-virus s/w scan your Thunderbird profile folder. It won't do you any good, as you found out the hard way.

I did the up grade for IOS7 ... Some icons did not appear in the screen ...when i got to app store and try to download appear Open ... I openend but is not in my screen (Whapp, Morebeaute, etc)

They most likely got pushed to another page.Try swiping all the way from right to left.
Also folders in iOS now have pages. If these apps were infolders try swiping through the pages in the folder.

On iPhone turn WiFi ON. Go to Settings App and turn iCloud ON. Select the data you want back on your iPhone.
