I sent my iphone 4s off to be repaired and I checked the status of the Repair and it says 'Product replacement pending' what does that mean please?
Where can I find the number to call and see when I will get my phone back?

Apple does not fix iPhones, they replace them if covered by warranty. That means you'll be getting a refurbished unit.

You must be running Windows. AMD is a service that needs to be running in order to sync your phone. You need to start it as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1567.

Is the phone stolen? If so contact the police and see if they can help. You can also contact your carrier and see if they can freeze your account so that phone can't be used anymore and run up your bill.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

That's a country code. Are you sending it to someone outside of the US or who is using a foreign carrier? Their carrier is prefixing the phone number with the country code for your phone number.

You did not get an email, you got a MMS. You have to enable MMS on your phone before you can see the picture.
