i shot a movie using iMovie on my ipad mini and want to move it to my PC. I backed up the ipad, now where do I find the movie? Or is there a better way of moving it?

My understanding is that the iPad Mini has a 5W charger. You could use Apple's 10W charger for older iPads or 12W charger for the new iPad. They will charge faster.

HT1349 I ordered iCloud with iTunes on my PC; now I have an iPad mini and want to sync the music

First I added iCloud with iTunes on my PC because I wanted to save the music I had purchases; I had Vista; that PC died and am now on Windows 7; Then I purchased an iPad mini and today I tried to set up both so I could sync the music purchased on iPad mini and PC previously.
However on the PC when I enter iCloud it does not have iTunes available; so I'm stuck and don't know where or how to get the music to sync between the two. It keeps asking for a serial number on the Apple product for the PC but that doesn't apply.
As a newbee I'm grateful for any answers or clues where to go. Thanks, Janet

Unless you backed up your iTunes library from the old computer and then copied it to the new computer, your iTunes library is gone now and you have to start all over again.
I'm not sure what you mean about when you entered iCloud, iTunes isn't available. You will need to explain that a little better. iCloud allows you to download the music again to your computer or to your iPad as long as you use the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the music or any other iTunes content.
Since you have a new computer and no longer have the iTunes library - or so it seems from what you are saying - you need to make the new computer your syncing computer. You might want to take a look at both of these user tips to see how you can do that.

I have ipad mini and want to upgrade to wi-fi outdoors.

I bought ipad mini Dec. 9th 2012 and want to upgrade to cellular ability. Can this be done. Apple store said I had 90 days to do this.

The iPads cannot be upgraded. If you bought a wifi only version then that's all you get.
There is a 14 day return period for Apple stores where you can return your product and get a full refund. If you did not do that in the allotted time period then there is nothing else to do except sell your current iPad and use the money from the sale to buy a new one with Cellular capability.

If you didn't enable Find My iPad on it before it was lost then there isn't any way to locate or remotely lock the iPad.
The authorising/deauthorising only applies to computers, not to devices.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. You may also want to stop any auto-renewing subscriptions, unless you have another device that you can use them on : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). You have a "good WiFi connection". What does that mean exactly? Can you send and receive email and are other internet related activities working OK for you? Have you tried restarting or rebooting your iPad? Sometimes that helps. If nothing else, it's a good place to start.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I'll try to help a bit.
ITunes match space is different to icloud space. With iTunes match you get storage for 25,000 non iTunes purchased tracks and other than a limit for individual file size, there is no memory limit.
You can turn match on individuallyon each device (I have it turned off on my iPod but turned on on my iPad and iPhone). When you turn it on then you get access to all the tracks, and in my experience any playlists I create have transferred over very well. I understand that some people have had trouble with playlists though.
I'm not quite clear with exactly what you mean regarding cleaning up your library, but be careful about using Match for this. There is no guarantee that matched songs will be exactly the same version as your own copy, due to some mismatches, so you could find some problems there. Personall, I am cleaning up my library before matching, but I am rather particular about keeping my library the way I want it. If you aren't as fussed then match could be the answer.

RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.
