I just signed for a ICloud account using my Ipad 2 and IBook. I can't find the way to access ICloud using my Ipad 2. Can sombody help? Thanks.

iCloud isn't a storage space for different kinds of files. You can't store Word documents, MP3's or JPEGs in it (at least, not yet).

Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iPad when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, you will need an Apple product. Once the account exists you can logon to it from a PC.

The way to keep the photos from downloading to your wife's phone would be for her to go to Settings > iCloud > Photos > and turn off iCloud Photo Library. You cannot change an Apple ID. You presumably created a new one.
So go to Settings > iCloud, delete the old iCloud account from your iPad (down at the bottom), and then sign in with your new Apple ID.
If you have purchased material (e.g., iTunes music), you may well run into issues doing this change, in that your iTunes music is not authorized to play on your new Apple ID.

You have to sign out in System Preferences>iCloud and then sign back in with the new ID.

ALWAYS sync photos to a computer, don't count on icloud to store them for you. It does include photos from the camera roll in a backup, but that's all - and restores are not reliable when it comes to photos.

Since you should always be syncing photos to your computer as you would photos from a camera, then sync from iphone to itunes/computer, then sync from itunes/computer to ipad.

FOR A PC:

How can I access "my templates" from iPad or iPhone?

I have created some templates with numbers but cannot "open=> new=> my templates" from my mini or iphone. It seems like it's only available on my imac or mac book. The only work around that I have have to open a new doc and save it and continually duplicate for new forms. I would hope that apple would think of this. Any advise would be great.

The templates are stored locally. If you want to move a template then you can open the tempate on the machince where they already exist, then save as a file (let's say on you desktop), then email, or move (using a flash drive) to the Mac mini.

I do not have Numbers on an iOS device so I cannot say how to get it to your iphone. I would think you can share the document using iCloud then open from iCloud on the phone and save as a template.

You need to start by understanding the distinction between iTunes and iCloud - Apple confuse the issue by referring to 'iTunes Match' as part of iCloud. It isn't.
You don't have to have the same login (Apple ID) for iTunes and iCloud; many people don't and there's no problem about it.
Your iCloud ID gets you email, calendars, contacts, iWork documents and PhotoStream syncing between devices.
Your iTunes ID gets you the iTunes Store, the App Store for iOS, the Mac App Store for OSX,, 'iTunes in the Cloud' (downloading of purchased items to any logged-in device) and 'iTunes Match' (uploading of songs not purchased in the iTunes Store).
Your family members can easily each get their own iCloud account to keep email etc. separate - in each case they will need a different non-Apple email address (a free one from Yahoo etc. would do) to set up the ID. If they are sharing a Mac they need to be using a separate user account.
They can have their own iCloud accounts and still all sign into the same iTunes account: or they can open their own iTunes accounts using their new iCloud Apple IDs.
BUT they cannot transfer items purchased under the present iTunes ID to different iTunes IDs.

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.
