I signed in for I tunes Switzerland, but I would like to download movies spoken in english. Is this possible? I tried to change my page to USA but I need then a new account. Do I have problems with two accounts when I use my I Pad?

You can only buy items (music, films, tv shows, apps) from the store in the country where you are - the terms of use of the stores prevent you from buying from other countries. As you are in Switzerland, you are limited to buying from the Swiss store.

The gift card field is optional, you don't have to fill it in - you can use a credit card as your payment method instead. She can't from iCloud without setting up your iCloud account on her phone. But just sync the same apps from your iTunes Library on your computer to her phone.
Your wife should setup her own iCloud account - which is separate to the iTunes Store accounts.

I actually figured it out...I had to go to the iTunes Library Extras.itdb file and give myself permission to have full control. THEN, I could go and estore a previos version. Once I had done this, I got the same message for iTunes Library Genius.itdb . . . I did the same thing with it and Voila'!!

You can't — at least not if you want to run it in the Mac OS. If you have Winidows installed on your Mac, then of course you can run the Windows version of IE, but the Mac version hasn't been updated since June 2003 and is unsupported by Microsoft. It's very insecure, it can't handle a lot of current web sites, and it may not run at all in recent OS X versions. It was lousy in 2003, and it can't have gotten any better while the world was passing it by.
If there's a web site you want to access that says it requires IE, complain to its webmaster about the benighted design of the site. No responsible web designer codes sites for just one browser any more. Every web site should be tested and should work well with a large variety of browsers — IE, Firefox and Chrome at a bare minimum — and every site owner should insist that their designer(s) adhere to that "best practice."

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You don't use Airplay. You set up Home Sharing on both and under the Computers section of AppleTV you'll then find it under Movies (or Rentals if rented), assuming it's in a compatible format.

Did you rent the film directly on the iPhone ? I've never rented films, but from : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1415 :
You can move the rental between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period. However, the movie can only be played on one device at a time. If you rent a movie on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV, it is not transferable to any other device and you must watch it on that device.
If you've rented a film on your computer's iTunes then you should be able to sync it to your iPad from your computer's iTunes via the Movies tab that shows on the right-hand side of iTunes when you've selected the iPad 'device' on its left-hand side
