I signed up for auto pay and it took 46.13 out of my account an then for some reason my balance was .15 and i couldnt sen messages so i added another $47.00 to my account and then it renewed, why am i out of the $46.13 it first took form my debit card????

My wife is working in London for 5 weeks & staying in digs, so we thought it would be a good idea to buy an ipad2 so we could skype each other, she could watch movies from the icloud, access skygo etc,and it wouldn't be as bulky as a laptop. All fine if you can get wifi, but for some reason her ipad cannot locate any btfon or btopenzone hotspots (or provider), IN LONDON??!! We can access them at home in a little village in Northern Ireland. Her digs have an ethernet socket, is it possible to connect her ipad to this socket via an adapter?
No. She will need to come up with an alternative way to connect. A mobile hotspot perhaps.
Finding some way to connect to these hotspots would be the ideal situation. I know that you realize that. We know nothing about what is happening, but if you can explain in some detail, maybe somebody here can help. -
I have CS3 and after I chose a color with the eye dropper tool, the filler fills in a grayer version of the color for some reason. Everything was fine till I accidentally picked the color sampler tool instead of the eye dropper tool. I undid that, but then after that everything with the regular eye dropper tool and the fill tool got messed up. How can I fix it?
Sorry, I am new to the forum, and a novice with not much knowledge about computers. Sorry if some terms that I use here may not be entirely correct, as I am ignorant of terms of the trade. My Operating system is Mac 10.6.8. I am using Photoshop 10.0.1. I am doing a many layered color RGB setting artwork from scanned and photo images, 8 bits/channel. I have been working on this project for a month without any problems. I was using the eye dropper tool. I selected a color in my artwork and it showed up in the background color box, in the tools window, as a match from the sample that I had taken. Then I selected an area, with the lasso tool, and I accidentally picked the tool called "color sample tool", that puts a little target on the sample area and then a box pops up with numbers that move when the tool moves. That wasn't what I wanted, so I got out of there and chose the eye dropper, I selected the color, it looked good in the box in the tools window, but then when I went up to the fill command and chose fill ( which was set at 100%). I filled the selection, but it was not the color I chose that is in box, it was a grayed and lightened version of the one that I chose. I checked the layers setting and the opacity and fill were at 100%, as was the fill setting. I can't figure out what is making it not fill in the color that is chosen in the tools color window. Does anyone on this forum have an idea of what might be happening and how to fix it?

I do not use or have not signed up for a MobileMe Account but I am getting duplicates in my iCal for some reason. All discussions I read are pointing to the MobileMe being the problem but it is not. Please help me. There must be another reason all my entries appear twice.

For some reason when I plug my phone up to charge it just keeps showing me the apple logo and then it goes away shows the battery sign is low and that its charging. So I'm wondering why it wont turn on would I have t get a new one, and would it be free
If you've tried the basic troubleshooting steps (restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new), and you've tried charging from a wall socket and these all fail, then you have a hardware problem.
If your unit is still in warranty, you will be eligible for a replacement with a refurbished unit free of charge. If you are out of your warranty period, you will be eligible for an out of warranty exchange which will cost the equivalent of 200 US dollars. -

Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. However, I can not bring them to him on a Flashdrive when I meet with him without an extraordinary amount of presssure on my part. THis is not just some little email issue. I already used facetime before but for some reason I have to sign back in and it wont let me. I clicked "Get Started" then "Sign in" but then after about 3 seconds on the next page it just slides back to the "sign in page"
Try a Reset of your Device...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Open the Mac App Store on the other Mac and in the Quick Links sign into your account. See if the Mountain Lion purchase is among hidden apps in the iCloud area of your account info.

I'm trying to create a new ichat Acc because for some reason the old one is not working, so I go to Create an Apple ID and start creating a new apple ID, when I submit the Acc it tells me that my Email address is already verified for another Apple ID and thats the only email address I have... What can I do?
There is no way to consolidate iTunes accounts.
Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content. -
My itunes account was disabled for some reason. I changed password in iforgot and still didn't work. I could log in and see my music but not make purchases from the store or even redeem an itunes gift card so I set up a new login/account with another email account of mine. On the new account I can redeem my gift card and download items onto my ipad2. Is there any way to move my music to the new account?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

I can't sign into iCloud because my Apple ID doesn't work there. For some reason it gave me a .mac email and I don't remember the password. When it gives me the option to reset my password, it's my Apple ID password which I don't want to do. I have ended up chaning my Apple ID 3 times lately and I still can't get to my cloud management. I have an old apple id that i havent used for years. For some reason i have updates on my mac i cannot do unless i sign onto that old account. It uses an old e mail account i no longer use or have access to. How can i get to do these updates?

If you are seeing the old Apple ID with regard to this Mac, then it would seem that somehow you have incorporated the ID in the setup of this new Mac.
Iphoto i use never used imovie.
If you began using iPhoto without having Accepted it into your Apple ID, then that would explain why you are unable to update the app. If any of the iLife apps are used without Accepting them into your Apple ID, the ability to accept them will lapse and you will not be able to update them.
