I hate the tabs on top. Where did all my toolbar bookmarks go? And where are the rest of my bookmarks. I had at least 50 sites I love bookmarked and only about 5 are there now. Oh... but I do have some bookmarks that you put there. I don't want your bookmarks.... I WANT MY BOOKMARKS. See the thing about bookmarks is they mark your place for things you are personally interested in.... Therefore, I see no reason for you to give me stuff already bookmarked. But take away all my own. I never would have updated if I had known it would be so different. We've updated many times and never did I lose everything. I want you to email me and tell me a simple way to go back and retrieve my marks. My pc will let me reset everything to Oct. 2010, but I still lose about 6 months work finding good sites for my hobbies, business and coupons.

i know there is a classic theme addon for windows but i need a fix for osx...its very frustrating when you update and things like this change and cant be customized back to the way we are used to using the browser. its counter intuitive to have the refresh page button so far away from the back and home buttons.

Is Classic Theme Restorer only for Windows? I thought it worked on Mac, too. Some of the pre-selected interface items like the Application Button may match old Windows versions and you may need to deselect those in its Settings dialog.
To access that dialog, you can use the Add-ons page. Either:

* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

Select the compound clip and do Clip->Break Apart Clip Items (or Cmd-Shift-G).

Is there a way to remind the iPod where it was before the sync?

I have an old 30GB iPod that I love. It's been with me for a long time and it'll be with me till it dies. My question, however, is this:
I sync my iPod every day, due to Podcasts. However, every time I do this, the iPod "forgets" where it was before the sync (say, if I was listening to an audiobook or other podcast) and goes back to neutral after the sync. I was wondering if there's some way I can "remind" the iPod where it was prior to the sync and just let it run from there. I can do the "recently played" option, but all that does is show the file to me: I then have to go scrolling around to actually find that file. I was hoping there's something that can do both (show and play).

I think this is impressive. but I found if I distrubed its play by touching clickwheel to see the battery level it depleted quicker well on the indictor anyway is this so generally in use if it playing a film or video your better not even to disturb it to acheive substanially more play time

You can set the pref browser.urlbar.formatting.enabled to false on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold(user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default or changed via the right-click context menu.

For example: Prresently, I am trying to remove a bunch of Rush Limbagh radio programs and add a big folder of Christmas music. It use to be very easy.
Maybe someone could tell me what I am missing with this new system??

I'm going to have to agree here on the point of allowing the user to choose what happens. Media key or not... some people want their slide to perform certain functions, some do not. I would like to be able to choose (to have it do nothing) and other N-Series phones have these options already.
It is a huge omission on Nokia's part; the non-inclusion of features like this so as not to bedazzle users with too many options needn't be an issue either - if users aren't savvy enough to use it then they can ignore it. Nokia have no problem in hiding advanced options from users for example in the WiFi settings... I can't think of any other reason why this was not put - except perhaps laziness/not making the phone too good so people will want to buy future models...

Things to try:
Try resetting your phone (press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds until the Apple logo appears. When you see the Apple logo let go of both buttons and your iPhone will reboot.
Try a new sync cable (often the problem)
Make sure you phone is adequately charged
Make sure you are using latest version of iTunes

What do you have set in Options > General > When Firefox starts:? Do you have multiple sessionstore files in the profile? If so, it would be best to delete all of them and start over with collecting tabs.

Please can you put the "Open New Tab" button back where it was on the right hand side of the tabs, or at least give an option to put it there? Thanks.

In the line of tabs along the top of the screen, there used to be an extra tab with a + in it that you clicked to open a new tab, on the right hand end of the tabs. As the tabs always float left and new tabs appear on the right this was (in my opinion) the most logical place for it. However, now the only two places I am able to put this "tab" are at the extreme left, which is illogical seeing as the new tab appears on the right, or in the toolbar along with other tools. This is adequate, but I would prefer to see the "new tab" tab back where it was.
The option to put it on the far right of the tab ribbon was not working until this latest version of Firefox, by the way, but I'm sure you know this!

OK I solved it.
I followed instructions from http://superuser.com/questions/214943/what-is-preventing-my-macbook-from-sleepin g/409481/
Go to Utilities in the Applications folder and open the "Terminal" app.
Type pmset -g and hit Enter
If "sleep" has 0 next to it and the words "imposed by" or "prevented by ; The number next to the imposed by is the process ID causing the problem. Copy that number.
Type ps -e | grep <process ID here> and hit Enter. This will list all running processes that have that ID (will also include the grep process)
For me it turned out to be Internet Sharing enabled that prevented my MBP from sleeping.
