When I tried to respond to the urgent notice to update to Firefox 5.0 for security reasons I was stopped by a screen that said "Incompatible Add-ons Found" It identified two add-ons, Move Media Player 1.0.0.07103010 and Real Player Browser Record Plugin 14.0.3 that would be disabled. Could someone please tell me how it is I can do the no credit card on file with an itunes account for my daughters phone? I would like it if she could only get the free apps on her phone and now have access to my account email... I have here an iPod touch Model number a1288 but the last number to me also looks like a 3. But that isn't my point. I'm here asking this question,. I broke my screen today and I was wondering if it mattered or not if i put on a ipod touch 2nd or 3rd then LCD and Screen. Thanks for your reply. I've tried resetting a few times. There is no 'tick' next to the name of my wireless connection so it won't connect at all. I think I may have to do something with my router as there is an arrow button to press next to my wireless name, this takes me to a screen which asks for IP address, then has options for DHCP BootP and Static, it asks for Client ID DNS etc - all gobbledegook to me!! Perhaps my router is blocking the Ipod?

Like lllaass said, bring it back to them. But, never ever, bring an iOS device to anyone for repairs except Apple. That voids your warrenty.

You can usually find the wi-fi password on your router itself if you know the router's ID and password (not the wi-fi password). You can log into your router by putting its address (usually 192.168.1.1) into your browser's address window.

About a week ago, I purchased a subscription to Adobe CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I can access Photoshop but this screen still comes up asking me for the license number or if I want to continue the trial. The same thing happens with Lightroom, only it makes me sign in and takes me to the tutorials. I cannot access the actual program. Help!!!
