I sold my Mac, but i did not cancel iCloud. Help!!

Hi. I've sold my mac to someone else, but I did not delete or sign out from the iCloud account and now they are charging it to my credit card. Help!!!!

Go to appleid.apple.com and change your password.
You can also edit your account in iTunes or the App Store and remove your credit card.
