I get the above message often (but not always) when trying to access my Gmail account, Google docs, calendar, etc. There's really no rhyme or reason for when it works vs. when it doesn't, but I've found that typing in something like "www.gmail.com" never works. When I use the history (or the search bar) it occasionally works.
Just cleared out the cache and removed all cookies, but I'm getting the same error when I try to open my Google Calendar.
(Gmail opened just fine a second ago)
I'm a teacher and using my school-provided laptop from home. Could it be something with the school's network filter? (even though I'm not actually on their network)? How can I check?

should work - we shoot AV often - high f should cause lower shutter speed - no high speed sync needed unless you are in blazing sun.
One thing to realize is that in most all shooting modes (AV, TV, etc) Canon wants to do fill flash - i.e., the camera tries to set the exposure so that the background is correct and uses flash to fill-in. Thus, problems can occur in dark conditions where setting a high f would not be possible (shutter speed cannot go low enough to compensate for the narrow aperture) for correct background exposure. You can over-ride this with manual settings, but will probably end up with a really dark background - that or you have to use to high ISO settings to allow for a correct aperture/shutter speed combo.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? I'm wondering if restarting the computer might help but have been afraid to do so in case it would make it harder to recover anything...I was looking at this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4211589?start=0&tstart=0 in the hopes that it might have a helpful suggestion but it's definitely a different scenario.

The display MUST answer with its name and capabilities, or the screen stays dark. We are running yosemite OS X 10.10 and iOS 8.0.2... Is there any way to do this?

this will not work. Numbers does not provide a timestamp. you can, however, enter the formula "=now()" in any cell, then copy that same cell, then paste (using the command "Edit > Paste Formula Results"

make a single cell table with the formula (mentioned earlier).

I am using ipod touch 4g 8 gb, with ios6 software. It is getting very very slow even after i reinstalled the software. Apps like temple run 2 and subway surfers are getting stuck and it is very very slow.My ipod has 2.6 gb free space. What is the problem. I am not getting to know. Periodically double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. The 4G only has 256 MB of memory.
