I found this option very annoying. I want to uninstall the "manage search bar"utility completely from my Firefox.

My version of Firefox Mozilla, 3.6.3, for Windows XP SP2, shows on the "Navigational Toolbar", back and forward buttons, reload, cancel and home buttons, followed by the address bar, where you can writer web addresses, and on the right side, I have this utility, "Manage Search Engines", that looks like another address bar. I want to uninstall it completely. I don't see how I can do that. I mean, keep all the buttons intact, the address bar intact, and get rid of this tool. Thanks again.

Have Apple removed the "Last Compatible Version" option from the App Store ?

I got an iPad 2 and am giving my dad my old iPad 1. Apple recently let you download the latest version of an app for the version of iOS you were on, this worked fine on my AppleID and I was able to download the last compatible version of every app I wanted. But since i restored this iPad and created an email address and AppleID for my Dad, any app requiring iOS6 or higher is giving me the same message as it did before Apple made the change, as in you need to upgrade to iOS 6 (not possible on iPad 1). I dont understand why its doing this, any idea why its done this now ?.

You'll need to download the existing current version of the App before you get the option for a compatible version.
You can do this from a compatible device or a computer running iTunes using your Dad's Apple ID so the Apps are associated with it.
Once you've downloaded the Apps you want on a compatible device or a computer running iTunes you can then go to the Purchased Tab in the App Store App on the first gen iPad to get the last compatible version for the first gen iPad.
Note that not all Apps may have compatible versions available.

Did you know webwebweb prevents the "Manage search engines" dialogue from saving if you delete it as a search engine ? How to fix this ?

webwebweb installs as part of the (now defunct ?) videodownloader professional. It seems to also take over the search engine options in Firefox. I cannot delete it from the list.

Hello PeterAKNZ, try to disable videodownloader and check it again.
if you paid for videodownloader (professional) then you have in your profile a [http://kb.mozillazine.org/User.js_file User.js] file. The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file, forget it, if you have not created then try to delete the User.js file, to see if the problem goes away (it happens some programs to create the file).

I have purchased many songs from iTunes Store, and I was wondering if there was a way to find which songs I would need to authorize, so I don't bother copying them to my work computer. I can tell if I do this one at a time, but I have over 10,000 songs to go through.do

Is there any way to have an image open in Camera Raw from the Organizer as I did in Bridge?

I am just trying out PSE 9 as an upgrade from my PSE 8. I have been able to open jpeg files in Camera Raw right from Bridge. I seem unable to do this in Organizer and, since not all of my photos are in raw, I use this feature a lot. Is it possible to open a jpeg file by double clicking on the thumbnail as I presently do?

I just ordered a new MacBook Pro and I want to remove it from my older MacBook Pro.

Deleting the application from your /Applications folder is sufficient. There are sample projects in /Library/Application/Aperture you may want to get rid of as well, as they take up a fair bit of space.

I am installing CS4 Design Premium. Downloaded it last night from Adobe volume license site. Debating on wether or not to wait and install from media that is now on its way or from the downloaded files... guess there should be no difference.
Just don't want both CS3 and CS4 installed.

I have a Report that Contains 2 Parameters, @Customer & @Area. When trying to set up the Available Values for @Area, I'm having issues using multiple values for one Label, i.e. = "4006" Or "4610"
One of the Filters in the Report is an Operation number, which is the [OPERATION] field, which is setup as a filter on the Tablix referencing the @Area parameter.
PROBLEM: I cannot retrieve any data when trying to use the ‘Or’ Operator here. If I simply put “4006” or “4610” I retrieve data, but when trying to combine it returns no data.
Example, I need to allow a user to select ‘Chassis Incoming’, which would include data from Operations 4006 & 4610.
QUESTION:
