I subscribe to the Adobe Export (PDF Annual) which is renewed yearly.

I have a new computer and want to download the programme to my new computer.  how do I do this without having to pay again?

ExportPDF is a online subscription service. Which means you can login here using your same adobe.com credentials.
Here is a link to a great help page and a 'getting started' guide.

    ExportPDF is not available for sale in Hong Kong.  If you have a credit card with a billing address in a country we do sell ExportPDF in, you may be able to subscribe.  Please see http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2596 for more information.

    After checking your account, I see that you purchased an ExportPDF subscription back in June (under the same email address that you use here in the forums). There are no other subscriptions under that email address.
    But, you should be able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using this email address and your password. If not, please let us know.

    There is nothing to download for ExportPDF. Simply go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, and sign in with your Adobe ID. Once there, you can use ExportPDF.

  • I have converted my pdf files to docx files using the Adobe Export PDF but when I drag my converted files to Word there is no text, just blank pages.

    I am really new to Adobe and Creative Cloud and its logic so I hope someone can help me understand it.  My objective is to get my scanned PDF docs converted to text document files so I can open and edit in Word.
    I have scanned my documents into a pdf format. I then dropped the pdf file into my Adobe Export from PDF. It exported and converted them to docx files just fine. When I click on the created docx file I have the correct number of pages but they are completely blank. I don't have any converted text. Am I missing a step?  I have also dropped these files into my Word with the same result. 

    Are you still experiencing a problem with Adobe Send?  We inadvertently introduced a problem earlier today (now fixed), but you reported your issue was last night.
    Anyway, can you check again?

    When I try to convert a document into an excel sheet a window pops up for me to subscribe to the service.  I have done that but it doesn't recognise me.
    How do I fix this so that I can begin to use the service?

  • I paid for Adobe Export PDF Annual, and now it's not in my account, where did it go?

    Server timed out at the point of accepting terms and conditions and went to a blank screen, when I pressd back it said terms & conditions could not be accepted at this time so I re-signed in, took me to the main page where it says "convert PDF to word file"and when I click there, it takes me to packages that I need to sign up and pay for again... I got a receipt for my payment but my account thinks I haven't paid. What happened?

    I looked into my iTunes playlist, I looked into the 'recent purchased' section, and it's nowhere to be found. My last option was to start searching the music, podcast, and other tabs to see if it went anywhere else. But of course, it wouldn't show up there. I checked my bank account and my itunes purchase is showing up at the top of the charged list, so that let's me know that the download and charge kicked through. I tell you, I even went back to iTunes to the movie page, and the rental button doesn't show up. It just says 'preview'.
    Please help me out. I searched everywhere possible, and I can't find where the movie went to(??) How do we get to the root of the problem? I'm not asking for a refund, since I know the new terms explain it very well that it just won't happen. All I want is to see the movie that I PAID for and it's NOT there.

    I've checked your account, and it looks as though your ExportPDF subscription auto renewed yesterday. You have been billed the same rate you were billed last year. Where are you seeing that it's going to be four times the price?

    I received an email saying that I successfully renewed my subscription for the Adobe Export PDF but when I try to convert a PDF to a Word document it comes back an error.

    It can a little while for an order to process fully. If it's been a while since you renewed your subscription, then make sure that you're signed in to the ExportPDF service. What happens when you log in directly to cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?
