Now i have an emergency need to just Photoshop 6 (is that also cc?).
I learned on short notice that I will be teaching a Photoshop a full day this Thursday and need to plan today.
Could someone please help me download either the free trial or the monthly subscription for Photoshop asap?

Some new routers come with the standard connection as well as a guest account. The guest account can be used for when friends come over and want to use your Wi-Fi connection. From what I understand here, whenever you try too download a free application, it's asking for your credit card details, yes?
If that's the case, the reason for this is that an Apple ID requires a credit card linked too it as a form of verification, unless you make an account using the steps here; http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534?locale=en_AU&viewlocale=en_AU
So you have two options; Enter credit details (it will not charge you since it's a free app), or create a new Apple ID -
I used "adjust date and time" and"modify original files" to correct the time of photos taken on a camera used in Peru which was set to UK rather than local time. which is 6 hours behind. This was to bring them into line with shots taken with other cameras set to local time. This was using iphoto 08 on a Mac. I then synced to my iPad. The photos stayed in the correct order in photos but in iphoto (iOS version) the original dates appear (the camera dates) and so the photos are out of chronological order again. This looks like a bug but is there a fix?
don't know what you mean by "write to master" but speculate that it means modify the original times, in which case the taken times on the camera should no longer be present
No,I meant your using the option "modify original files" will do exactly that - change the capture date original master files stored in the iPhoto library. Only when you do that, the "date modified" of your original files will be changed as well, and it will now be the date of your manipulation of the capture date.
Oh - I hadnt considered that possibility - but of that were the case, why don't my manipulated photos go to the end of the sequence as I have done all the manipulation after the end of the holiday??

"on ipad this is the Photos tab" - but this displays as per the original sequence ignoring time adjustments - the manipulations seem to be ignored (but are reflected in the album in the photos tab) and the photos tahat have been modified stay in their original positiom - they don't get put the end
Because the library uses a different date - the date modified - the date of the last time the file has been changed in any way - any editing you do to your image, including adjust date and time will change the "date modified"
This may change the sorting of the database but it appears not to influence the order in the albums

Hi! I need help! I put my sim card into a new iphone (3g) and then tried to put it back into the old one to get my contacts from it. Now the old iphone is locked and it's asking for a passcode, but I never set up a passcode on it. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know what to do? Thanks!
Not sure if this applies to your region, but in Australia the SIM password is often written on the "credit card" sized plastic card that the SIM was provided to you with the phone by the telco. Do you still have this? It could be in the iPhone box?

I have tried to change my password and get to the part where you need to verify by answering the questions, and I get can not get any further, as it tells me the answers aren't the ones they have but I know it is correct, so I have asked for an email to be sent, but no email comes.I receive other emails from iTunes but not the one helping me to change the password. Has any one got any idea why?

I had an iPod touch in the past and used an iTunes card to purchase songs, I now have the iPhone and again bought an iTunes card to purchase things. Since I have not purchased anything on this device yet it is asking me two security questions that I don't know the answers to. What do I do?
The Security Questions are not associated with your device - they are associated with your iTunes account/AppleID. If you cannot remember what you originally set up for your security questions, here are the instructions for getting them reset. First set are for if you set up a Rescue Email address, second set are for if you did not.

There is nothing on Facebook that you would need Adobe Reader for; perhaps you mean Flash Player?
Either way, the username and password required for both of the above is for your computer's Administrator account. -
Trying to download a new widget for my dashboard, it wants a name and password. I tried the main one I log into with, I am the administrator, tried my email account and also my cloud account. nothing seems to work. I wanted to dowm load webcams that show Hong Kong senery's. Create a New User Account, and as that New User try to set up this one account -- as it is POP, set to leave messages on the server after download. If not familiar with setting up a New User Account, see:

This will be a useful test, and is not meant to suggest a permanent switch to the New User Account, but rather a test of the Mail application outside of your normal User Account.
Also in System Preferences/Networks click on Advanced, then Proxies and make sure no proxy selections have been checked.

I am using MAC OSx 10.5.8 (9L31a) as my operation system. The TV says "No signal. Check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection." Seems to me that that goes in hand with what the Samsung tech said about the Mac needing to be forces to use the external display. But how do I do that?

Installed 11.0.3 today. Tried to update apps. iTunes response was, "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software." I REALLY don't understand. I paid for MANY applications and stole or borrowed NOTHING.

I just set up my new TV, I think it's great (apart from being too slow), but I don't understand how to use the CloudTV.
My TV came with NO manuals: it only included a quick setup guide and a brief Cloud TV description.
I've been able to download the full manual, but it says to look at the Cloud TV guide I can't find anywhere.
So, I setup my user in the Cloud TV, but how do I manage my messages? Or, who are the 4 guys on the right suggesting me things to see, based on what?
Can anybody provide Cloud TV guide PDF or some other guide form?

System won't boot after accidentally deleting /private/var/folder
