I subscripted for a single app Photoshop

Question

I followed all the instruction but the only thing that i downloaded is a trial version and it is counting down . I contacted tecnical support and the guy reinstalled  everything new and it is still the same every time i open Photoshop i get a pop-up screen this is a trialversion so manny days left .....
I have until 23 November to cancel my Lincense i did not sing up for a trialversion and i did not ever downloaded a trialversion to see if i liked it.
What could be the problem
My Computer is a brandnew 27' imac intel core 3.5  I7 with 8gb ram  , Nividia GTX 780 4096 MB

Run the trial version, then
under the Help menu in Photoshop click on "Sign in"
Then enter your Adobe ID (usually the email you signed up under) and your password. This will change the Trial version into a subscription version. You must be connected to the Internet to do this. Be sure your Firewall does not block Photoshop.
Photoshop should then present you with a license screen. Click on "I agree" and it should work.

If not, login into adobe.com and under your name in the upper right portion of the page,click the down pointing arrow and look under "My Orders" to see if your order has been placed. There should be an order number you can give to customer service.
