I switchedfrom an Iphone to an android and now I cant get text messages from I phones
I need to know why I cant receive text messages from people with I phones, I just switched from an I phone to an android.
The reason is you need to de-register your iPhone iMessage.

Particularly:
Battery does not charge
Verify that the outlet being used is working.
Try another USB power adapter if available.
If no other USB power adapter is available, try connecting to a high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode.
Try another USB cable if available.
iPhone or iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive
If you see the image below, charge the iPhone or iPod touch with USB power adapter for at least 15 minutes.
You should see this image when iPhone or iPod touch begins to charge:
If the screen still displays the low-battery icon, try turning the iPhone or iPod touch off and then on again.
If the issue persists, follow these troubleshooting steps.

My husband and I both have Iphone 4's. I do not receive any text messages that he sends me. He gets mine though. He sends texts to other iphone users and they get them. I get text messages from other phones including iphones. Please help.
Both of yall need to go to settings, meassages, send and recieve, scroll down to start new conversation from, and make sure you have different email addresses with a check mark beside it. Right now sounds like they are the same email addresses.

Help Me please! i dont have an Iphone anymore. I cant receivce texts on my new phone. I have talked to apple support and they said all they needed to do was deactivate my i message and they did and i still cant receive messages. Can someone help me. This has been ongoing for days and everytime im told it will work it still does not.

They will remove your phone number from the iMessage system. That's it! Otherwise after 45 days your phone nymber will automatically be removed from the system. Now or later, it's your choice.

I changed from an Iphone to a Android. Now I can't recieve emails from other Iphones.
Email should not be a problem, text messages can be but not email if it is set up correctly on your new phone.

On previous iPhones you could go to settings and block the the actual text message from pooping up. Only the sender would show up. On the i4gs the sender and message show up. This is a major flaw as far as privacy. There are no options with in settings to stop this from happening. PLEASE TELL ME IM WRONG ???
YOU ARE WRONG.
Go to Settings > Notifications > Messages. You can turn Notifcation Center off for Messages, or select None for the alert style, and turn Show Preview off, and view in Lock Screen on or off. -

I downloaded music onto my iPhone 4S from from the iTunes Store that I previously purchased, and now I can't delete them from my phone.
How are you trying to delete the music direct on your iPhone?
You tried to remove the music from iTunes on your Mac how?
Do you have Sync Music selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes on your computer?
